A great Hotel, in a lovely location next to the famous Epsom Downs racecourse which is accessible from the hotel carpark and ideal if you want to stretch your legs. The team are always very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast is a good offering, should be something for everyone, perhaps would like veggie options like sausages etc, but that's just me. Rooms are always well presented and clean. If you don't fancy going to one of the near by restaurants, then is are pizzas available which can be a nice change as a treat, good variety on offer. My go to, if I am in this area, highly recommended.

Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was not great for two but I had never found a sofa bed that is. Since we travel with 2 teenagers, we just place the mattress on the floor for them and it was perfect. Our room did not have a good view, which if we stay again I will call before and see how I could have a better view from the Race Track Field because from the parking space it was majestic.
Now let us talk about the breakfast. Incredible!!! There is something for everyone and juice, water, tea and a selection of coffees. Thank you.
If we come to this area, this will be our first pick for sleep.

From the moment my wife and I entered the wonderful lounge/reception area from the car park at the front of the hotel, we were so pleased to be recognised by the excellent reception staff, who remembered us from our stay in September.

The hotel room was very good with excellent bathroom facilities, great internet and many tv channels. Room service was excellent too.

The inclusive, all you can eat breakfasts were superb. The staff kept everything going and made sure the tables were cleaned when guests had finished their amazing meals.

What a fabulous hotel to enjoy for 2 nights.

We stayed on 7th and 8th December. Hotel was chosen for it's convenient location for our needs. A really nice foyer greeted us on arrival, along with very friendly staff.|The location was our main reason for choosing this hotel.|The most impressive point was the breakfast. It is nice to see a hotel that has enough staff to keep all the breakfast buffet topped up. Nothing EVER ran out. Once again the staff were very friendly. Because they were always replenishing the breakfast buffet, it meant that everything was always hot and fresh cooked, with nothing dried up and congealed.|Well done Holiday Inn Express.

I travelled solo and needed somewhere to stay overnight to break up my journey. The Holiday Inn was everything I have come to expect from a chain hotel at this price point. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the public areas are clean, tidy and inviting. The room was perfectly fine for its use, clean and comfortable. The hotel met all my needs for my trip, I was able to iron my clothes, shower comfortably and sleep well. |Breakfast was equally fine, met all my needs and produce appeared to be of decent quality. |I often travel to Surrey and will likely return to this holiday inn next time I need a stopover. Thank you.

An enjoyable stay, the room was very clean, the service of the staff was exceptional and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The bed was comfortable and a good nights sleep was had. The pizza option after a late arrival was a welcome addition and this was not only dealt with promptly but provided great value for money.

Had a great stay here as part of a package deal for Chessington World of Adventures. We took advantage of the hotel’s 24 hr pizza (which appears to be the Chicago Town takeaway range) served fresh and hot in 10 minutes. Breakfast was great too. Hotel location is great at Epsom racecourse and was an easy drive to the theme park. The room was clean but quite small for a family of 3 compared to other hotels.
