Hotel was ok till my return when it took over 3/4 hour for them to find my key. In the loads of boxes. A manager walked in and basically stated he had better things to do|Then my keys found elastic banded and broken in two|No apologise disgraceful stating they made not there was damaged to start|Not true and we managed to get broken part in lock to finally get home very late that evening|Would not use hotel again as bad customer service

A typical airport hotel with rather "interesting" electrics - put switches to the off position to get some lights to come on! It needs (and is possibly in the course of) a decent freshening up. Food in the restaurant was really good - award a gold star. My pet hate - charging for parking overnight whilst a guest. As we were leaving reasonably early next morning we "only" paid £11 ! If a hotel chain is so hard-up then pad the headline price to include the parking.

Couple,car park 1 week, 1 night stay before flight Gatwick north, great location for airport parking and shuttle to Gatwick made early flight much easier, dinner was nice service good, check in easy, car parking good, room lovely modern comfy clean, perfect night stay, shuttle service great every 20 minute £4.50 per adult each way, long walk when drop off shuttle Gatwick north|Return was easy after the long walk to bus stop, pick up car at hotel easy quick service. No complaints|Definitely will do it next time

A good experience at the hotel after a minor blip with the parking arrangements. Overall staff are friendly, helpful and positive. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had been worried that the room might be noisy being next to a door in the corridor but this wasn't the case at all. There is enough space to hang a few clothes, there are facilities to make a drink and useful plug and usb sockets available.

The shower was powerful and temperature was adjustable for a good, hot shower!

Breakfast options are fine, although you need to specifically request quorn sausages if you want a veggie option. Plenty of choice on hot drinks, some fruit available, as well as toast, cereal and pastries if you prefer.

A good place to stay and you have the option of the Harvester next door for easy, convenient dinner if needed.

From the minute you walk into the Holiday Inn Express, you feel safe and that the staff will look after you. Nothing is too much for them to do for you, and safety is paramount.

The check in process was simple, the staff were extremely helpful, and even knew that I had two concurrent stays and had already planned to let me stay in the same room.

The breakfast was simple, effective and very tasty.

The food in the evening was very well thought through, and the WhatsApp method of ordering was easy and straightforward.

The room itself was huge, clean and comfortable. The WiFi signal which is lacking in some hotels, was powerful and consistent throughout my stay. I will definitely stay again.

Booked one night stay and Purple Parking for a trip from Gatwick airport. All went very well including the breakfast and the hotel parking. Good value for money , not a 5 star hotel but you get what you pay for and this was fine for a night. Quiet room,good bed and shower, what more can you ask for? Harvester was just across the car park but we walked to a great Bangladeshi restaurant called Bengal Spices where the food was superb. Checking in and out of the hotel and the purple parking was easy and straight forward, they did need to know our flight number ,so best to have this to hand at PP. Will certainly use them again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past five years, and it never disappoints. This is a superbly managed hotel (and I'm a tough customer as used to work as a concierge in 5* hotels).

Nothing is too much for the absolutely wonderful staff. They go above and beyond. We stayed on an extremely busy bank holiday weekend, whereby the hotel was fully booked. The restaurant was struggling with capacity - but the staff handled it fantastically. There was ample staff, who were extremely calm, polite and helpful. What could have easily been stressful chaos, remained an easy and nice experience.

We stayed for four nights and this was our only holiday this year. With covid and setting up a business it's been tricky to have quality time.

Thank you so much to all the staff at Holiday Inn Crawley for making this time so restful and enjoyable. We will be back again. Keep doing what you are doing 😊

A very warm and efficient welcome by the Manager set the tone for our first time stay of one night.

The room was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and quiet. The bed provided a firm goodnights rest and the large shower a touch of luxury.

We couldn’t believe how reasonable the cost of such a good package especially as breakfast was included.

We would certainly book again with Holiday Inn express.
