We stayed at this hotel for 10 days during our visit to London and had a great experience overall.

The location is excellent – right next to the Central line of the London Tube (end of Zone 2), with a bus stop just outside and two supermarkets nearby where you can find all the essentials.

Our room was spacious by London standards and had everything we needed. It was simple, functional, and comfortable without any unnecessary extras. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The room was clean and thoroughly serviced every day.

The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and attentive. You could really feel that the team works well together – from housekeeping to reception to the breakfast staff.

If there’s one thing that could be improved, it would be the breakfast menu. Ten days of the same traditional English breakfast can be a bit much for a continental guest.

Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again on our next trip to London.

The hotel was clean and staff were great, however our room was poor. The carpet was tired and filthy, after wearing long black trousers they had dust marks on the bottom from the bathroom floor. The bed was awful it had a huge, deep dip in one side of the mattress which caused me to lose sleep and be in pain while exploring London and all the pillows seemed ‘worn’ as they already had dips/folds in them.

Breakfast was as you’d expect, pizzas available 24hrs, £12 and good value, Tesco right opposite and train line behind.

The Hotel location is very good, very close to North Acton tube station. The reception staffs were very kind n helpful!! Wifi is provided but it’s very slow and turns off at times.The Breakfast is so boring and repetitive. Every day it’s the very same menu!! We stayed for 10 days and found it to be the exact same all the days!!! The room was very basic, small room with no closet to keep clothes, no mini fridge.

Hotel was in a great location right next to a train station so after watching a show with my daughter we could just get off the train straight to the hotel. So easy and felt safe . The hotel was clean staff were friendly and breakfast was and added bonus.
Our only issue was the room was very warm and the air conditioning was a waste of time , so we opened the window but the noise at 5am was awful ( not hotel noise ). Maybe some fans in rooms for warmer months .
However we would definitely use this hotel again as it's very quiet we never heard any other guests . Great stay !!

Warm friendly welcome even though we didn't arrive until 11pm. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and regularly being refilled. All the staff were really friendly. Lovely clean room with comfortable beds. Really quiet as well considering how close to the train station.

The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant, and polite... our stay was right next door to the tube, which was comforting for returning after a day out... breakfast was amazing, so much variety. Rooms very clean, I will definitely be booking to stay again.

We always stay here when visiting London. The staff are all lovely, the rooms are clean and the breakfast has plenty of options. It is located right next door to the central line tube stop so getting to various places throughout the city is always easy. An absolute gem. It's more reasonably priced because you are not in the centre. A Tesco, coffee shop and other little shops nearby for snacks etc.||My only issue during this visit was how warm the room was, couldn't get it to cool down.

My son and I had previously booked an air bnb, we got to our destination to find it was cancelled by the owner. My holiday company gave us alternative arrangements. We chose Holiday inn express, this turned out to be a perfect stay. The staff, the breakfast, also easy access to other places... all perfect
