Booked b and b via super.com.

Great location, very friendly, caring and efficient staff - you can tell this place is managed well, value for money hot breakfast. Breakfast was kept well stocked and tables cleared quickly.

A couple of suggestions..the bed was a little roll together and rooms don't have toilet brushes....but that didn't really detract from a great 4 night stay.

Would stay here again and recommend without hesitation.
Thank you.

After the warmest and loveliest of welcomes from the excellent Natasha, we felt relaxed and happy to be there. Plenty of parking available and great green space lapping much of the building, perfect for allowing dogs to have comfort breaks without bothering other people. Easily accessed from the motorway, I particularly appreciated the decent office chair in the room, for the desk, as I worked remotely whilst staying there and it was great. I wish more places had similar.

The only thing to watch out for (and this is no criticism of the hotel) is the questionable driving by many of the seemingly never ending flow of Tesla owners who clutter up the entrance/exit of the car park whilst they try to manoeuvre their cars somewhere near to a charger, or pull out without looking to see if someone is coming. Seems like a poor location for the chargers.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady on reception in the morning was more than helpful when I requested a late check out. The staff were very professional. I saw 4 under age people come in and overheard the staff being very polite and dealt with them brilliantly. Room could have done with a lick of paint but the shower was 100% perfect! In fact the best shower I’ve ever used in a hotel, even a 5 star hotel! Easy to use with a great flow, it’s all that’s needed.

Stayed for a work commitment and found the entire stay great. Thanks goes out to all the staff.

We initially requested an early check-in a week before our date. Upon arrival, the early check was not logged on the system, and no one had any knowledge about this. However, the staff were proactive. They got our rooms ready in less than 30 minutes, and we were able to continue with our plans. The morning breakfast was amazing, the only thing missing was the veggie option in the form of sausages! everything else was perfect.

Very comfortable stay in this hotel with excellent staff.

All areas extremely clean and well maintained.

Just one problem encountered which was reported to reception at checkout, carpet had stains, two of which

were excessive which appeared could have been from a dogs paw marks. Seat was also slightly stained. One bath towel although it had been washed also had a stain. This was quite annoying as it would appear this room had accommodated a dog and I normally request a dog free room because of an allergy to dogs.

I appreciate the hotel is dog friendly but would expect dogs to be limited to certain rooms and certainly not in the restaurant.

This hotel is just off junction 29 of the M6 at junction 29 so a good stop off point if travelling north or south. We have stayed here a few times now. Lots of parking. Good clean rooms but double beds are 4.6 so opt for a twin room if you are used to a larger bed as we are. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is included and has a good variety buffet style.

I have booked relatives in here a few times as it is very close to my home. Each time we have had a bad experience. The first time there was a used condom on the floor next to the bed, the reception staff said they would award 1000 AVIOS points as recompence. No points were ever received. The next time there were no toiletries or toilet paper in the bathroom. Last week I booked and paid in full for 3 rooms. Then we got an email to say the booking had been cancelled by their central reservations system. I went to reception and spent over an hour getting the PAID IN FULL booking reinstated but couldn't get the room configuration we wanted as they had resold one of our family rooms. They repeatedly tried to get me to leave and only because I stood there and insisted that they sort it out now, not pass the buck onto the staff who were working the next day did they eventually find three rooms for me.
Today I got a parking charge notice despite the fact that I had registered my car at reception on their guest parking system and had parked in a disabled bay - displaying my blue badge.
This hotel has nothing going for it except the location.
I will not be booking here again.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet so had a good nights sleep. |The shower was good with nice fluffy towels and we really liked the Dove soap and shampoo. |The young man who checked us in was pleasant and friendly.||However £6 for a tin of Guinness is daylight robbery. We was staggered when he told us the cost. We made sure that we didn't buy another and certainly won't be drinking in there again. |We went to breakfast and was stopped by a sign saying wait here to be checked in. OK but there was no one there. There was no one around and we had to wait there like lost souls with other diner's looking at us.|The breakfast was OK but there was only 2 pieces of bacon left that was swimming in fat or juice whatever it was. |There was no knives or folks. We managed to find a staff member who said she would get some for us but she took ages and our food was going cold.|Then there was no glasses for juice so she disappeared again for them without a word.|She was miserable, sour and unhelpful. |There eventually emerged another staff member who was pleasant, friendly and helpful. |She needed to have a word with her red headed colleague who had a face like a slapped ar#e.|We was wanting to check out but there was no staff on reception. We waited and waited to hand our key back but no one came. We waited so long I went around the back of reception and knocked on the staff door. Still no one came. Eventually an older lady decided to come out who took our key without a word. |I would advise that some staff training is in order or perhaps a manager on duty would be helpful.
