Nowhere else are you going to get a Room with Free Breakfast for these prices in this area and by Breakfast I mean the full works, Juice, Tea, coffee, toast, cereal, bacon, sausages eggs etc, muffins, croissant and even a takeaway away option if in a hurry .

The Rooms were Clean and Tidy, Beds comfortable and although problems on first night these were quickly resolved by staff.

All staff were friendly and the housekeeping staff are Brilliant.

Aldi next Door and KFC, Greggs, londis and others just 5mins walk (not even that) oh did I mention a Pub next door as well serving brilliant food!

Would Definitely stay again.

This hotel was closed for a long time,apparently fir a refurb. Arrived in car park where a moped went past and sat in far corner watching people arrive. Felt unsafe allready. Checked in and was asked for my cards 3 digit code to pay as they cant access the “new” system. I refused and paid with my actual card as that seemed strange. Went to the lift area and the crunched up gaffer taped carpet was hardly pleasing. The room has a accicent tv with scart and no way to hook up anything hdmi or modern. The door chain was missing and skirting board hanging off and some sealent in the bathroom looked like it was put on by a blind man. I found nothing that was refurbished. Pillows rock hard bedsheets made of something that made a noise everytime you moved and the bedlight was busted. Also enjoyed the kids and dog running up an down in the middle of the night. |All notices in room said breakfast 630 onwards and went down gone 7 and was told have to wait until 730. Lucky i was not in a rush. Went years ago and clearly gone down hill. If this place was fully closed to refurbish it and only opened a week or so then they must have missed my room and the carpets.

Stayed for 1 night, never again.

From being checked in the hotel was empty and I can see why.

No thank for being an IHG Diamond member.

Walked into my room after tripping over old carpets in the hallway that are very old, the room was cold so tried to use the air con.

Went back down to reception to ask to change room as was told the hotel was full, unbelievable, I think I had seen 4 people my whole night.

Was given a heater for my room as air con was not working.

Appliance out of date for health and safety checks in the room and very dated, the hotel needs help.

This hotel could be great if it was modernised and staff would tell the truth.

Breakfast I spoke with reception who told me the hotel was very quiet.

Will choose another IHG in the area and avoid this one.

We had a great overnight stay in a lovely sized and immaculately clean room.
The shower was beautiful, plenty of hot water and nice and powerful.
The breakfast was hot, delicious with lots to choose from.

The hotel is close to a lake and park, a few shops and a nice pub, restaurant opposite. Hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff. The rooms are well appointed and there is a great breakfast included

I was a regular customer to this hotel, things happened but it is now back on a level that it was previously.
Staff were polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was a good choice.Good value.

Accessible room was not very good.|The room was freezing, and we had to get a heater from the reception. the Wet room needs more hand rails as there's no rail near the door my wife was going in the shower when the door closes on her fingers, also the light switch near the beds are too far away you have to get out of bed to turn the lights on or off. possible fault with the new TV I was unable to watch it sat in the chair as the TV screen went blank when too close.||Tap in the wet room, loose Tiling around the sink needs attention and top it off no hot water thd next morning. not forgetting the house keeping staff letting thd door close on its own making a loud bang each time
