Room was clean, tea amenities provided and when asked for a top up on tea bags, staff happily obliged. It was nice to have a room with a couch to sit on rather than just the bed, the air con in the room worked and the bathroom was tidy and seperated from the actual toilet.|The bed was comfortable, staff was nice and breakfast was standard buffet style with cereal and pastries to choose as well. No complaints and good hotel for the price. Iron and board provided and a hair dryer too.

Writing this at 05:00 having been awake for an hour listening to the turned off air con unit drip and gurgle. It looks like a standard wall mounted unit but I’ve never heard one make noise like this.||In fairness to the hotel if I wasn’t reviewing it when I should be sleeping I would say reasonably nice things about cleanliness and comfort. It’s fine. Double glazing effectively muffles the nearby motorway.||But a hotel’s primary function is for sleeping and I am awake.

I had an excellent experience from the moment I set foot in the hotel. The staff was super kind and courteous, making me feel truly welcome. The free parking is a great advantage. At the back of the hotel, there is a lawn with benches where you can stay and enjoy a drink or any meal you wish.|The breakfast was rich and abundant. Although we were there during the busiest hour and there was a bit of a wait, the staff was very attentive.|The only downside was the presence of a large group on our floor, who made noise until late at night and started talking loudly right outside our room early in the morning. Other than that, everything was perfect.|The room was also very spacious and spotless, which was helpful with two children who needed space to move and play.

I spent two days there with my family; our experience was pleasant. We loved the room quality and the food! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our kids loved it and we all were treated very well. Breakfast buffet was great and I will go there again if I am in Swindon!

Freezing cold room. Fan heater circulated cold air despite being set to maximum. Had to get in bed to keep warm. No eggs or beans at breakfast which was otherwise good. Clean, modern and friendly staff with ample parking space. Yet another hotel with no heating.

Really enjoyed our stay here at Swindon, the room was very clean and modern. Excellent bathroom. The heating was very good, the bed was excellent ?

Very conveniently located close to the M4. Hard working and friendly staff. I would have given the hotel four or five stars if it wasn’t for our restaurant experience. On ordering our food I was told that the rainbow salad was unavailable so I chose an alternative. Twenty minutes later when waiting for our meal to arrive I was told that the veggie burger that I ordered was also not available. This is not acceptable in a hotel that is part of a large chain. I was not wanting a five star gourmet meal, just a veggie burger!

Excellent hotel. Room was quiet (although on opposite side to M4). Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and new, although lacking plug sockets. Would stay again
