We went to the snowdome on the 4th Dec after travelling over an hour I was desperate to go to the toilet being pregnant, while we got my disabled mother out her car into her wheelchair I popped into the hotel lobby cudnt even get past the 2nd double door to be rudely asked what I was doing by the security man, I asked politely if they had any toilets I could use as I was pregnant and desperate to which he rudely said no not open to general public! What is the work coming to! Awful never off staff!

We arrived at the end of the day, tired, hot and hungry. As soon as we were checked-in by the friendly and efficient staff, we were able to relax. We appreciated the availability of a late evening meal and bar service, great bathroom facilities, and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed a much needed sleep, before a great buffet breakfast in the morning. The staff were amazing, very responsive to our needs, and kind. Excellent value and a convenient location too.

Impeccable customer service from all staff members whom were attentive, helpful and professional. We felt so welcome, at home and relaxed. The staff were so kind and thoughtful towards my 2 year old daughter whom they even went to the effort of printing colouring off to keep her entertained whilst we waited for our food. The hotel was extremely clean, the room and bathroom were perfect and the shower was amazing! We were sad to leave but so look forward to returning again very soon. The staff are such a credit to this hotel and worked extremely hard at busy times calmly and professionally all working together as a team.

We are a young family and had a lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was great, the connecting room was perfect for us. on the go breakfast works a treat when you have young kids too. Also the microwave to warm milk is available and helps. Only thing I would say is the tv is not great or the channels available; this could really make a big difference to guests experience if upgraded. Overall we would stay again and the staff are wonderful and pleasant

Pretty much lived in this hotel for 3 months. The food menu changed and there is now a lot less choice although it take a 3rd of time time it did before the menu change. Staff very helpful and friendly. Not always someone at the bar / reception and you can end up stood around waiting. Rooms were clean, showers are amazing. The 'air con' aka fan in the room doesn't regulate the temperature that well, comes on as and when it feels like and it very noisy. They could do with an upgrade. The beds are on wheels so when sat up in bed I found the bed would travel! Need to have some brakes on or something. Lots to do in the evenings in walking distance of the hotel.

Arrival and booking in was easy and all staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel cleanliness an all public rooms and my bedroom area was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean and well laid out. Unfortunately on the night of my stay there was no food available in the hotel but they had notices up advising this. Overall a very comfortable and well appointed hotel. I will be staying again.

I've stayed here before at the beginning of the pandemic and I think that the staff were a little lost with the measures. There was also no qualified chef in place. Food was poor but still, the staff were friendly and helpful.

This stay was such an improvement. There were different staff who were so happy to help with anything. We didn't experience the evening menu but the breakfast range was ample. The food tasted great too. The staff behind the counter were so welcoming and friendly (I wish I took their names, but I didn't plan on making a review). The only things that I'd say could be improved upon is the bed comfort and I'm also not one to use 3-in-1 hair, body and face wash. Luckily we'd brought our own products, but I would happily use the supplied products if they were separate and from a brand I recognised.

All in all, the stay was what we expected but the staff excelled.

Travelling with our daughter who has special needs can be difficult but we had a very positive stay here.

She felt safe and comfortable here and when requesting to stay a second night and use the same room, we were able to do this without any hassle. This was great as she was familiar with the room. We didn’t expect housekeeping to clean again but they did and that was great!

Breakfast had a good variety and was excellent value for our stay.

Drayton Manor and nearby shops aren’t a long drive away and the area around the hotel has some really nice views too.

My daughter keeps asking to go back again soon so I’m sure we will!
