We booked this hotel through Legoland as it was our son’s birthday. We’ve stayed at plenty of hotels throughout the years in the UK and abroad and this experience is right there with the best of them.

We were greeted on arrival by a one of the nicest front desk staff we’ve ever dealt with, she was so friendly and welcoming and very professional, she made such an effort to talk to our boys age 9 and 4. Whilst we were check in another amazing member of staff came out with treats for the boys included an activity pack and milk and cookie vouchers, again she made such an effort with us and with our boys.

Once we had checked in my wife went to the bar to get drinks, and once again the staff were amazing , super friendly and helpful.

Later in the night my wife went to order some desserts and as it was our sons birthday they wrote happy birthday and put a candle in his brownee, his little face when he saw it was priceless.

Then finally the next morning, we were greeted at breakfast by yet another super friendly, happy employee, she explained everything and said if we needed anything, anything what so ever to ask for her.

What an experience, from start to finish we were so impressed. We will definitely look to stay here again whether we’re using the airport, day trips or just anytime we are close by. We live 2 hours away but we are more than happy to travel here more often.

The room was super clean and the beds were really comfortable, we all slept very well.

What an amazing team you have, Thank you all so so much for everything. You guys were amazing, keep it up and we’ll be back soon.

This is the second visit as this location is very near to our daughter. Check in staff were very friendly on arrival and the process was very efficient. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed with tea and coffee facilities . Our only gripe with the rooms that it is very warm and despite turning down the room thermostat it still feels hot. Breakfast was good with plentiful hot or cold choices thanks to Aaron the chef. The front of house staff Rosie Chelsie Mia and Silvia were first class with a friendly welcome from the time we arrived for breakfast and during making sure we had all we needed. Will definitely be staying here in the future.

Had an event near here, all staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Retuning from our event the staff opened the bar for us! 😁
Breakfast staff again very welcoming and helpful, Thank you Rosie for being so friendly.
Good choice for breakfast and good food. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

I loved my stay. The staff were very friendly including the staff in the dining room, especially the chef. A clean hotel. The hotel has a great bar with friendly staff too. Great room with a comfy bed. The temperature in the room was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at the IHG Farnborough. The hotel was welcoming, very helpful and kind. I got to use my NHS discount to which was great. Brilliant stay, comfy rooms and service. Clean and well stocked room and friendly helpful staff. With a lovely brunch cooked by Aaron and brilliant service by Rosie.

We stayed here just for one night ( which was a shame ) as part of our LEGOLAND trip . We were treated by a a lovely receptionist Rachel ( sorry if misspelled ) she was brilliant and very helpful . Credit to your hotel . The room was adequate for our needs . Clean and cosy all you need for your stay and the bed as very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was very tasty and the staff that served us were helpful and kind . We will be back for sure .

We had a lovely breakfast in the bright and cozy winter garden. Rosie was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. There were fresh pancakes for the kids – they were thrilled! We also enjoyed a delicious traditional English breakfast. A perfect start to the day.

Hotel lovely and stylish. Food nice. Breakfast comprehensive hot food could have been hotter. Rosie was very friendly and helpful and cheerful. Good value stay. Was part of a trip with Caladonian travel. Went with son and two grandchildren.
