We stayed here for one night during the British Open Snooker Tournament that was being held at Cheltenham Racecourse, so this hotel is ideally situated as it is just over a mile away. |The lady in check in was pleasant and polite. We had a room on the 2nd floor. It was large enough with a double bed and bed settee. |Bathroom was very clean with lovely smelling soap and shower gel. Towels were large and fluffy. |The bed was very comfortable with clean and crisp bedding. We both had a great night's sleep. |Breakfast was varied and plentiful. |Would definitely recommend here and stay again||

Really please with our experience at this IHG property. Was a little concerned that there would be some issues when arriving, given the proximity to the main road and what looked like a busy industrial estate but these concerns were completely unfounded.||The property looks great and the interior and rooms have been finished to a high standard. The staff were always warm, welcoming, professional and courteous, they really go the extra mile.||Like the hotel's communal area the rooms are finished to a high standard and have all the amenities you'd expect. The beds are comfy and the blackout curtains are great! ||My only, very minor, frustration was with the amount of noise that went on during the night. There were kids screaming, dogs barking and doors slamming from about 5/6am onwards. Not ideal but not the fault of the hotel really!

Stayed for 3 nights easy access to Gloucester by park and ride 5 minutes away. Hotel clean staff excellent. Room more than comfortable. On same site of a restaurant which was good value. The one down fall food on site was limited. Breakfast however was excellent

Lovely hotel, absolutely spotless and room was very spacious and airy. Staff were very friendly.||We came with our dog (£15 dog fee) and the hotel seemed more dog tolerant than dog friendly compared to other hotels we've been to but we had no major issues. There was quite a fair bit of 'corridor' noise which made our dog bark a few times in the night (obviously not ideal for us or our neighbours!). We never used the bar/restaurant but were informed by the reception that the bar area is dog friendly, but not the restaurant which is more than fair in my opinion. There's also an outdoor bar area which looked lovely of an evening.||Restaurant prices were extortionate, so we ordered food in - there were plenty of choices on deliveroo and ubereats. ||

As another reviewer just said below, be on your guard.
They use Parking Eye - could easily get a £100 parking fine or more. Awful system.
The air-conditioning in my room was broken when I stayed, it was super hot in the room. I called reception, but no one answered. Extremely disappointed.

Great hotel, brilliant room, very spacious and good layout. Ok breakfast, well stocked and food relatively tasty. Staff were very friendly. Location out of town but fortunately there’s a big Sainsburys just round the corner, if you need to stock up on basics or get fuel. Pool was good too.

Had a quick stay with my 2 kids. Hotel was very clean and room was good and clean. Beds were comfy. We used the pool a couple of times, leisure staff all very friendly and helpful.
We ate in the restaurant one evening, the wait for food was terrible and there appeared to be a general lack of staff and the staff that they had in were young and not sealing with all the complaints if long Waites very well ( not their fault I know). I coach arrived and about 60 people were having a buffet tand got all the staffs attention - restaurant dinners were just being ignored. We waited so long my kids were bored senseless. The salt and pepper squid wasnt salt and pepper squid it was calamari, my kids had pizza which wasn't brill tbh, my burger was cooked well and the fries were ok. Kids ice creams were really good, individual little tubs that they both really enjoyed. Overall the dining experience was average. But the hotel is really nice and the pool area was great. I would stay again, we just won't bother eating there in the evening. Breakfast was well layed out and very nice, lots of choice and decent quality.

Lovely stay in a very clean hotel in a convenient location. |We were very impressed with decor and cleanliness of the hotel and it is situated in an ideal location off the M5.|The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was especially impressed with Noah who worked on the breakfast shift; he put my mind at ease when asking about allergies as I have coeliac disease.
