Our church has had our ladies retreat this weekend. We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Great use of all the facilities. My room was so clean . I can't praise the Manageress and all the staff who continually went above and beyond to assist us all with our individual needs and requests. And the chefs too who were awesome, nothing was too much and our individual orders were provided. We will definitely use this hotel again. Thank you for making our stay a very blessed one 🙏🏽.

Stayed here for the weekend as I was attending a wedding there and the staff are brilliant but a big thank you to Vickie who was helping us with the rooms and all the bits and bobs to make the wedding go the smoothest it could have gone! Your work was outstanding nothing was a problem at all! The evening bar staff was amazing too especially Oscar they all come for a dance on the dance floor late evening and it made the night!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by several aspects. The location is fantastic—convenient and vibrant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay.
However, I was disappointed with the service in the restaurant. The staff seemed more engaged in conversations with friends than attending to guests, which affected the overall dining experience. Manners would not go a miss please or thank you! My meal was overly greasy, and I had to wait for cutlery after the food was served. Additionally, I was uncomfortable with dogs being allowed in the restaurant area, which I believe should be reconsidered.
There was also a lack of attention to detail at reception. Despite having a pre-authorisation in place, it hadn’t been activated when I checked in, which caused unnecessary delays. I was also disappointed to find that being a lone female that the hotel put me on the ground floor.
Overall, while the hotel itself has great potential, the service—particularly in the restaurant and at reception—needs improvement to match the quality of the accommodations.

My wife, daughter and 2 grandchildren stayed here for 4 days to attend a wedding and 70th birthday. After checking in I realised I had booked a double room rather than a family room for my daughter and her 2 children, but Kelsey on reception sorted it by changing the double room for a family room, problem sorted. In fact all the staff were very helpful but they had several jobs to do so we sometimes had to wait until they were available. Our rooms were comfortable, well appointed and the showers were adjustable and temperature maintained. The breakfasts and dinners were good with plenty of choice, however the dinner menu choice for children was limited. We only got to use the pool once and the water was a bit cold but we still had a swim and the changing rooms were a bit cramped as they are also used by people in the gym as well as people in the pool. I suffer with my knees so found it difficult to walk up and down the steps from the hotel to the carpark, a handrail would have helped but I made it every time. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

We stopped here for one night on the way further north. You know what you're getting with a Holiday Inn, but as always it's the staff who can make the stay so good. The staff here are excellent, very helpful and friendly and courteous. The room was clean and a comfy bed. Excellent breakfast in the morning and overall good value for money. But I have to mention again how superb the staff are. we'd definitely stay here again as it's so easy to get to being just off the M62.

Comfortable, spacious rooms, great food, lovely staff. Facilities for kids were brilliant with extra touches like the kids packs with ice cream vouchers. We were able to check in early and use the pool before our other commitments in the area and took the kids swimming again before checking out - lovely little memories made. We loved our stay, great hotel. Would definitely book again.

Pros:||Very family friendly (great kids play area, gym, pool and large grounds) also fitness centre has small shop in case you forget anything for your children such as swim nappies. Works via booking so no over crowding!!|| Really lovely staff, always went above and beyond - was welcoming||All member benefits of IHG group||24 hour room service and 24 hour bar||Great food and amazing breakfast!||Very very clean and welcoming||Cons:||Aircon was not turned on - we got a fan staff were really helpful. ||The bathroom soap holder was loose in the wall room 134.||The beds although super comfy did seem to move alot, not sure if casters were locked properly or if they were broken.||Conclusion:|This will now be the only hotel we stay at near Bradford! Much better experience than we had with travelodge or premier inn near by! So friendly and clean!|

Stayed here at the weekend for a recent wedding and would highly recommend. We weren't sure of our arrival time but check in was easy and the gentleman that checked us in (in the early hours) was very welcoming and helpful!
We slept like a dream and used the pool facilities in the morning before breakfast - which was 10/10.
Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!
