Fantastic stay again at this hotel. All the staff go above and beyond, particular shout out to Avanish that made mealtimes extra special. Joseph on reception made a very grumpy(me) traveler happy with a room change and comp drinks. Amazing how he still held his professionalism and manners and continued to be super nice even when it really wasn't deserved! Highly recommend this hotel.

Love this hotel ♥️ The staff are amazing and absolutley nothing is too much trouble, they are very attentive and acomodating. I had the pleasure of interacting with Francisco at breakfast and lunch and he is super friendly. The bed was so comfy I had a restful sleep and I’ve felt great today and refreshed. We had an event here with 80+ people and everything ran smoothly. I can highly recommend for any stay and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you and we look forward to coming back again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Booked hotel as ideally placed for walking to and from the Rugby. Hotel was nice and clean and staff were all very friendly. Bar was well stocked and both the breakfast buffet and meals ordered at bar were of a very good standard. We had a queen room which was really nice and spacious. Our only disappointment was the bed which was two singles shoved together - fine in itself but the mattress was not deep enough to hide the frame join, leaving us either on one bed, on a ridge or miles apart. Not the most comfortable!!

Otherwise we really liked the hotel and will definitely stay again

This was our chosen venue for a conference in October and we have received nothing but positive comments on the hotel. Our delegates were very well catered for over the weekend. The bookings were dealt with smoothly and the food was excellent. Some of us stayed on for an extra night and the service was as high as ever. Thanks and congratulations to Jodie, Colin, and all their team members for such a friendly and stress-free event.

I have travelled to many hotels in UK (included central London)for both work and pleasure, but have never stayed in room where the traffic noise, people talking in the street kept you awake all night. At one point we were thinking about going to sleep in the car in the carpark as at it would be quieter. I called and asked if there was another room we could move to due to the noise level of the road - this was enhanced as the window did not close properly hence no double glazing protection and was told it’s because the hotel sits on a roundabout and therefore all rooms are noisy. I appreciate the location and the rating of the hotel but we have never experienced such a poor night sleep - even in central London. Due to stay here again which of course I have cancelled.

This was our first time at this hotel and, we were very pleased from the start, when we had to contact the manager, who was excellent.

The ladies on reception were very welcoming and, good listeners. Our room was spotlessly clean and, later when we had a meal from the restaurant, the food was piping hot and good quality.

At morning breakfast, we were welcomed by a very kind gentleman, I believe he was called Francisco, who offered to bring us coffee to our table(a first at any other Holiday Inn, we have stayed at)

Although a lot of hotels advertise service, this hotel very clearly delivers, with all staff appearing to take pride in their work.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Leicester, and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The food was excellent, offering a great variety of dishes that were both delicious and fresh.

My room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Leicester, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Great service, friendly staff, and a clean, comfortable room – what more could you ask for?
