Hotel was exceptional, clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for what we needed. We were greeted warmly and Kaaren on reception was the most helpful hotel staff member we've ever experienced, he couldn't do enough to help us. He even managed to source a screwdriver for my little boys Christmas present from his uncle and saved us from disappointment ⭐

Dog friendly and the onsite restaurant was great for our evening meal. Breakfast went over and beyond our expectations and we'd go as far as saying it was one of the best breakfasts we've had in a UK hotel!! Already booked our next weekend break in a holiday inn

I stay all over the UK in holiday inns and this one at Leicester Winston is quite small, however the staff were very friendly the rooms were lovely and cosy the shower was awesome with doors on the shower cubicle so no leaking water all over the floor! The hotel had a Bella Italia built in to it and food was pretty good! Had a great stay and would definitely use this hotel again!

Me and my friends had a wonderful time at the Bella Italia restaurant inside the Holiday Inn! Atmosphere was splendid. The hotel was comfortable and convenient. Lovely meal at the Bella Italia! Kusum was a wonderful server! Would happily come back again!

My wife and I popped into the Holiday Inn on the off chance that we'd be able to grab a bite to eat. Not sure if they'd be too busy cos it was the Friday after New Year's Day and most people were still on holiday. There were a fair few people in there for a lunchtime but luckily, one of the waiters, Scott, found us a table in the Bella Italia restaurant.|So glad we popped in. Food order was taken quickly and it wasn't long before it arrived . Scott seemed to be all over the place, taking orders, serving and clearing tables and fetching drinks from the bar whilst remaining polite, professional and calm as though a busy day like that was nothing unusual. He even found time to give us directions when we told him on leaving that we were looking to visit the High cross Centre.|The food was superb. Nicely | presented, tasty and good value in a restaurant that looked nice and was airy and bright.|It's a long time since we last ate at this hotel but with service and food as good as this we'll certainly be back.

Thank you all so much for a very enjoyable stay, which lasted for 6 days.
From our very first arrival at the hotel, we, which was 4 of us, 2 rooms, were treated with kindness. Nothing was too much bother to a very friendly staff.
Our rooms were comfortable, towels & other items were renewed each day.
Breakfast was excellent, we didn't sample the restaurant except on our last night & that was also 1st class.
All in all, a very nice experience & will definitely be back.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they made us welcome and were so sweet to our 4 year old. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean and nicely furnished and modern. The breakfast was AMAZING - we'd come back again just for that! Overall we just couldn't fault it, everything was great and every staff member was polite and friendly.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was superb, especially considering our original twin room had no working lights. We got upgraded to an executive suite straight away and were made to feel comfortable and seen to. The bed was ginormous but the sofa bed was rock solid, so not comfortable to sleep on at all. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot and there was a lot of choice. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Excellent service, especially from Karin who arranged an upgrade. Much appreciated. Hotel was clean, competitively priced and food and drink was of a good standard and reasonably priced.|The hotel has a well appointed gym and plenty of parking. Highly recommended.
