A great waterfront location and if you ask for a rear facing room, there is no external noise. I found the welcome warm and the public areas bang up to date, in terms of ambience and furnishings. I'd suggest automatic front doors be installed, to complete the modern image and align with what you might expect from a hotel of this caliber. My room was very spacious and easy to heat to a comfortable level. The bathroom had been revamped with a walk-in shower and a contemporary style. Sadly the room decor was underwhelming and a disappointment given the ground floor makeover. The red bed base in particular stuck out as being out of place. The biggest drawback was the poor lighting - crying out for ceiling downlighters to brighten the ambience. The breakfast buffet was superb and trumps what Premier Inn offer. Overall I enjoyed my stay, had a great nights sleep and ate well - all guaranteed to make me return at the right price.

Good location, fantastic place to relax, friendly staff, cleaning staff very good. Breakfast very helpful. Menu for breakfast good. One problem with breakfast was Monday to Friday it finished at 9.30 am, no other hotel I have stayed in did breakfast finish at 9.30, it was always 10.30. We were not notified of this upon checking in on the Saturday, so we were late for breakfast on the Monday morning.

The room was absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean and quiet. The coffee machine wasn’t working but it was soon dealt with. The only criticism was the bar prices! Absolutely outrageous , literally London prices so no wonder there was nobody in. Breakfast was good except the coffee but a small price to pay for the fabulous view. For the price it was one of the best places we’ve stayed.

We were pleased with this hotel, though it was a little unclear how to get into the car park. Ignore the signs - you CAN drive onto the quayside to get to the car park, after we were initially confused. We booked this hotel specifically because it offered Electric Car charging points, so were disappointed to find that the six points on offer were unavailable and blocked off and we were told they 'not working'. This meant we had to use the multi-story next door.

When we arrived to our rooms, we were disappointed to see that the corridors were still dirty with plates and trays from previous room service. Outside our room was a full breakfast tray still with beans and coffee just sat in the corridor on the floor. Other rooms also had similar. This was at 5pm on check in and they were still there when we checked out the next day at 12pm, which was disappointing.

Thankfully, the rooms were fantastic and clean with the added bonus of a separate sofa area with coffee table, big walk in shower and good facilities including a mini fridge that was free and had water, Pepsi and chocolate.

Great location overlooking Bradford quay, with nearby restaurants and cinemas on the doorstep, and city/train station within 5-10 min walk. Friendly staff, family rooms and discovered dog friendly too, so the pooch can come with us next time! Breakfast plentiful and varied and good quality, we had a great stay.

We booked a premier room with a sofa bed and pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. Lots of space. Bed and pillows really comfy. Complementary drinks and chocolate a really lovely touch. My only complaint is the illy coffee machine did- and I was impressed there was one. We hate instant coffee. However the machine is not fit for purpose. After Googling instructions- just to make sure, it still leaked hot water. My son was in another room and his didn’t the same.
Only other negative was the breakfast room cannot hold all of the guests and trying to get seated was chaos.

Really nice hotel perfect for an overnight stay. Bedroom was very comfortable with settee and tv. Shower room very clean bed comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. Drinks in the bar were not to highly priced. Close to shops bars and restaurants and only 1 hours drive to home. Will be back.
