My experience in the hotel was fantastic, staff very friendly and great location from the airport.

Been a foodie the breakfast buffet is above expectations, specially one kinda and helpful waitress. Angela you are a rock star, you made everything easy! Holiday inn please make sure she stays happy!!!

Absolutely fabulous reception and bar/restaurant staff. The place was immaculate, extremely friendly, ideal for the airport. Absolutely perfect for our stay. Just cannot fault this hotel and the amazing team they had on duty when we stayed. I am really trying to find a negative or nit pick at least one thing and its really not possible. They have hospitality nailed. I am in hospitality and always find something to find a little fault with but not on this occasion. Highly recommend.

We have been very much well looked after all week at the Holiday Inn, Gatwick. The hotel is modern and clean. Staff are very friendly and attentive. With a special shout out to Angela, Ann and Robert who all three deserve an award for looking after us all! Thank you so much! 🙂

Beautiful & clean facilities, nice strong hot shower over bath. Comfortable bed with various pillows to choose from & extra towels in the wardrobe. Enough lighting from lamps around the room & good view of the carpark to check on our vehicle. Located 20 mins from North Terminal Gatwick via shuttle bus (£4 each) runs every 15 mins. Full English cooked breakfast available with black pudding as well as pastries, continental options too. Front desk (Danny) was super helpful & answered all our questions for an early start to catch our flight. Car was safe in their carpark for 4 days (£20 per day) & easy to get back to via the shuttle bus. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a night as our return flight to Toronto was early the next day.

It was a bit of an adventure finding the shuttle bus to the hotel, but once we found it, it took us right to the door.

We were greeted and checked in straight away.

The room was as expected and for the fact it was only a night, we were happy.

The restaurant on the property is large and service is relatively fast. Food was good

We arrived at the hotel really early so could not check in. We stayed in the lounge until our room was ready (about 12pm so still checked in earlier than expected). The reception staff were fab, they took our cases and stored then until we need them and were really friendly and helpful.

The room was lovely and comfy. Great facilities and the shower was amazing.

We had dinner in the restaurant at night and have to make a special mention of Robert who looked after us from start to finish. He was really friendly and was happy to chat. He was fab with our son (5 years old who wants to give him 10 stars 🙂 ) The food was really good and service was quick and friendly.

Very close to the airport. Had to pay shuttle to get to hotel and return to airport. There’s a family rate for two adults and one child. Staff are very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, the shower pressure was weak. We were on the third floor. Nice towels. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and different alternative milks. The hash browns were so good. We also ate dinner at the restaurant. Portion size was good and the food was delicious. They accommodated for allergies and took the allergies seriously. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn. Everyone was super helpful from the moment we entered in to the moment we left. Our receptionist was incredible. Mr. Steven George greeting us with a smile and being super helpful, kind and patient with us, trying to ensure our stay is as comfortable as possible. The next morning we went to breakfast and Ms. Kiran and Ms. Angela again greeting us with a smile and seeing to us ensuring we have everything we need during breakfast. The breakfast variety that the Chef made for us was super yummy! The hospitality and service received here was 5 stars and we will definitely come back again. Thank you all for the lovely stay.
