Perfect hotel for early morning flight.|We love this hotel. It’s so convenient for Gatwick airport. A 15 minute/£20 taxi ride and you’re there. Parking deals are very good through Holiday Extras.|We love the rooms and the beds are very comfortable. The toiletries are Dove and smell divine. The bath is lovely for a relax before bed.|The bar is a very nice place to have a snack/meal/drink with friendly bar staff and a great selection of cocktails. |They have a wonderful chef there and we had a superb dinner of belly of pork with delicious mash and root veg. |The staff here are very professional and friendly. Checking in is simple and the reception staff are lovely and remember you. The girls in the morning always wish you a good flight or holiday.|I would highly recommend here.|I

Excellent service and beautifully refinished rooms. The breakfast is outstanding, and while parking is plentiful, it is chargeable. Room rates are incredibly affordable if booked in advance. The decor throughout is lovely, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel offers a peaceful and quiet stay, with comfortable beds and delightful bedding ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

I always enjoy staying here during my business trips—it’s perfect for my needs. While it doesn’t have a pool or spa and may not suit everyone, the experience is consistently excellent. As a Diamond IHG member, I am always well looked after by the team. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

Having stayed in over 40 different IHG properties worldwide this hotel is certainly within the top 2 or 3 for me.

We live locally but have building work going on at home and used this hotel as a change of scenery and access to a bathroom during the works. It is very good value at less that £60 for the night.

The staff are excellent from checking in (very quick and efficient) to bar and restaurant staff who are customer focussed and interact with all guests.

The rooms are modern as think been renovated recently and our sleep was very good. I expected more noise as being an airport hotel guests may leave at all hours for flights but it wasn't the case.

We did three nights here a week apart and the service was great every time. Well done.

IHG members should have free parking (one night) if a certain status like me.

I stayed at this hotel the night before flying out to Morocco, and it was the perfect way to start my holiday. The service was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Room service was prompt, and the food was delicious, making the evening before my flight completely stress-free. Booking a taxi to the airport was entirely effortless—reception staff took care of everything, and for a fee of just £18.50 (maximum), I was dropped right at the terminal. It was such a convenient and straightforward process!

Leaving my car at the hotel for the whole week was another fantastic perk. When I returned from my holiday, my car was ready and waiting, making it seamless to drive straight home. This setup completely removes the stress of arranging transportation to and from the airport, whether that’s relying on taxis or lifts from friends and family.

This service truly adds an extra layer of ease and relaxation to your holiday experience. I couldn’t recommend it enough—highly recommend staying here if you want to kick off your trip stress-free!

Stayed for one night before a flight. The hotel is modern and bright. The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was large with a sofa and every comfort we needed. We had breakfast included as we are IHG members, which was good. It takes approximately 10 minutes to drive to the airport from the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Very easy to park. Check in staff very welcoming. Room clean and very quiet. ||Barman (I think his name was Alex?) was very pleasant and helpful. I ordered burger and chips for dinner which was very good. My only negative would be the price of drinks at the bar. One glass of sauvignon blanc was £13.50!

stayed two nights for work and felt very relaxed and enjoyed the space to relax. The room service was nice and easy to pay for straight away with a kind waitress. The bed was very comfortable although the rooms could get cold, i was able to use the heating system easily to be more comfortable. I enjoyed the shower and the desteaming mirrors. The hairdryer could have been improved upon.

We were welcomed were well. Staff is very nice. Good location near Gatwick airport . Rooms are modern and well kept. All the necessary things you need in a room are there. Bathroom is well spaced and clean. Bed is comfortable. Room service is very well planned. Booking online room service. Overall excellent.
