Great hotel with good location in the heart of Sutton’s center, with easy access to restaurants, bar, supermarkets and also really close to the station (~10min walk distance). The staff is super friendly and kind; the room has a good space and comes with a small fridge. The breakfast is worthy, with good selection of fresh food and drinks, and you can also order pancakes to the staff! There is a restaurant open up to evening, with a great variety of warm dishes and pizza. Cherry on the cake: the hotel has an amazing pool that comes with a hot tub, perfect to relax in the end of the day! I stayed with my husband for 10 days and we recommend this hotel!

Very comfortable beds with great quality bedding. Clean and quiet. Customer service was outstanding! Huge thank you to Gina who is always friendly, approachable and helpful! Rooms are a decent size equipped with great quality body wash, shampoo, conditioners, handwash and moisturiser. Air con is a treat too! Overall great place to stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sutton, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, making me feel right at home.

The room was immaculate and nicely decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, from the high-quality toiletries to the complimentary snacks and beverages.

The hotel's facilities were outstanding, including a well-equipped fitness center and a serene pool area that provided a relaxing escape. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu, and every meal I had was delicious. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of fresh and tasty options.

Location-wise, Sutton is perfectly situated, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Whether you're on a business trip or a leisure getaway, this hotel has everything you need for a memorable stay.

Overall, I cannot recommend Sutton highly enough. Every aspect of my stay was perfect, and I look forward to returning soon.

We are very proud to recommend and commend the management and staff at this hotel, we have used over 9 years now.

The location is ideal for local ameneties but, most helpful is the excellent transport links to central London nearby. Having a hotel car park is also a bonus.

One of the manager's Denise Kimpton, has gone out of her way to ensure our booking, requirements etc are all attended to and, this is DEEPLY appreciated. She deserves recognition and commendation. We know she is also assisted by a great team of others on reception, cleaning and food & beverage, especially John. All very helpful from booking a taxi, to asking for a menu or extra milk for the room.

The hotel in the last few years has had a refurb and, it has contributed greatly to the enjoyment, especially at breakfast time and if wanting to relax in the lounge.

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times. I have used the Holiday Inns & IHG chain for years.

So I have given quite a lot of loyalty & I have spent a fair amount of money on & inside their hotels.

I was once again disappointed not to be offered an upgrade, especially when there were rooms available.

People checked in at the same time as me, & after me, yet they were offered an upgrade.

I have been a Diamond elite member for some years now, I don’t expect to have an upgrade every time, but it would be nice to be asked and/or at least told why there isn’t any available! That is very disappointing.

I am starting think that this hotel is being bias to workmen & contractors. We should be treated the same as any other guest, our money is as good as anyone else’s. That’s how I feel anyway.

It’s a shame, because most of the staff are very friendly.

Despite being aware that there was an issue with water pressure ( lack of ) no mention was made of this when checking in. A letter under the door was the first notification to guests, would of been courteous to advise guests of the problem, but once paid for the room for three nights I had little option but to stay.

Not sure hoe the manager expects anyone to shower with a 500ml bottle of water, but they were freely available from reception.

Appreciate it was an issue with SES at Cheam and beyond the hotels control but the lack of communication wasn't good.

The rest of my stay was fine, the waiters in the bar were excellent as always, helpful friendly and polite, the new girl needed to learn some customer service skills however.

Breakfast was fine, large group booking in which took over the restaurant first thing but still ample food available,

The gentleman on reception when checking out again lacked both customer service and verbal communication skills, grunted do I want receipt / invoice, no mention of had I enjoyed my stay or any apology for the water issue.

Standards are definitely slipping at this Holiday Inn.

Frequently stay at this hotel for business. Staff are always friendly and helpful, staff are attentive and genuinely care about your experience. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with free WiFi provided. Hotel is within short walk to Sutton high street with plenty of places to dine if not dining at hotel. Ample parking is available at the hotel as well as swimming pool and gym. Would highly recommend.

It is one of the best IHG hotel I have ever seen as I’m regular stays in number of hotels. The atmosphere is great as well as staff are very friendly and helpful. Mr Craig is very good front office staff who is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone stay this hotel and experience. The Sales team is outstanding for fulfill your requirements upon your any concerns.
