We had the most wonderful stay and experience recently at the Holiday Inn in central MK. It was really easy to find, plenty of parking spaces and an ideal location for exploring the shopping centre. The staff were so welcoming when we arrived and our hotel room was clean, spacious and comfortable.. I had the best nights sleep! The facilities are also fantastic, our whole family had a great time using the swimming pool and all areas were well maintained. There is even a pool table, dart board and football table to use and plenty of tables to relax in the lounge. We also dined in Marcos that evening and had the best meal, the food was fresh and tasty, staff were super attentive and the drinks were equally delicious! I would like to take this opportunity to thank every member of staff for their hospitality, fantastic service and support at the weekend to make our stay so wholesome and memorable. We can’t wait to return!

I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at the MK Hokiday Inn especially due to Sasha, who ensured my stay was according to my need. Sasha, work with my request which suited both me and the hotel. Also a mention to Caroline and her team in the breakfast restaurant. First class service. This being my first time staying at the hotel I enjoyed the friendly and warm service and do I have the opportunity to stay again in the near future. When I arrived the general manager was dealing a very rude and irate individual who to fraudulently claim a night stay and I was impressed with how calm she remained in dealing with a person who had not treated the staff well. Well done to all I highly recommend this hotel in the Milton Keynes area. Thank you

Hotel is very nice and good value. Rooms are spacious. Pool is large and spa treatments are available . Gym is functional and better than the average hotel gym. Has a nice restaurant/bar area.

The woman at the reception was very friendly when we checked in. The room keys are made of wood which I thought was a nice touch.

Peach was our waitress in the restaurant and she was very friendly and attentive, providing great service with a big smile.

After a shaking start, Mandy and Katherine made sure our issues was resolved swiftly.

They listened to our feedback and went above and beyond to ensure our stay lived up to our expectations.

The breakfast and bar staff we encountered we super friendly, helpful and delivered everything with a smile.

The hotel has a wonderful lounge to relax in and the pool with steam room downstairs is a great too.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Management should take note to appreciate the amazing team here with special mention to Mandy and Katherine.

Rooms are lovely and spacious. Loved their dinner in Marco’s restaurant. Kids menu very lovely and different. The staff were amazing in particular Angela, very attentive and passionate. Kevin, Bedona & Bow very nice team made our meal and evening lovely and relaxed. Coming back soon. Kids are happy too.

Great hotel in a great location. |Stayed just the one night having spent the day snowboarding at xscape. Booked a king room which was Spacious, clean with large bathroom had everything we needed. Bruno on reception was attentive & friendly. When heard it was my birthday offered us complimentary breakfast the following morning which was fabulous. Eat in the Marco Pierre White restaurant in the evening as it was too cold to venture out. They had an issue with heating but made us feel comfortable & offered to move us if needed. |All in all we would recommend & stay again. Every single member of staff were friendly & welcoming from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. (Great customer service is sometimes hard to find these days)|Bonus of having a pool & gym too which we used.

The Team at MK Central are fantastic as always. We have stayed at this hotel a number of times, either for work or pleasure. This stay for a shopping trip tied in with daughter's birthday. This did coincided with a Christmas works do but we were contacted before the stay to let us know about this and on checking in we were given a room away from the party.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice.

Having stayed at this hotel 61 times(!) since 2013 and seen many changes, it never fails to meet our needs. The staff are warm and friendly and go to great trouble to make our stay relaxing and pleasurable. The food, particularly in the bar, is of a high standard with sufficient variety to please everyone and the buffet breakfast is fantastic. With a well-kept pool on site and easy access to MK Central, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
