We had plans to be in Cromer, after a mishap with keys we were in need of a room for the night during half term.
We managed to get the last room here. It was lovely to be greeted by Ebony, immediately at ease, we knew where we were, where to go, quick, smooth check in process.
Lovely room, clean, well presented, the water pressure in the shower was a bit of a dribble but manageable!
Although breakfast was busy, the food is rotated quickly, tables were cleaned, still enough space to get ourselves seated and seen to.
Lauren checked us out in the morning, quick and helpful. I would very much recommend staying here!

Great hotel. The suite room was of good size for a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids. The sofa bed was a bit too tight for 2 kids to sleep together though. Pool and hours of usage of the pool was great for a relaxing late evening. Breakfast menu was a bit unexciting - alternating the menu each day would certainly make the breakfast more interesting. Overall, very comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had the dinner and breakfast package. Dinner was lovely and we were able to self serve from a great choice of delicious food. The room was modern, comfy and clean. Breakfast had an excellent variety and was tasty. The staff were very polite and friendly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in this hotel a few times due to convenience to see family.
This was the 1st we paid for parking which was odd. 1 week later had a parking ticket. Not great.
Room was ok and spacious but could do with some TLC.
Pool was really busy.
Breakfast cheaper to buy ahead. But next time I think I'm going elsewhere

Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, and it was a bonus that the dogs could stay for £15.
The room is spacious, clean and comfortable bed.
The problems we had during out stay was the windows where tapped up, no handles to close so letting in lots of noise from outside, air conditioning didn’t work in one of our rooms and WiFi didn’t work, even though we followed the instructions.
Swimming pool floor had a lot of grit around the edges, other than that it was a nice pool.
Room service food the first night was lovely, second night order was messed up and the sausages where burnt when spoke to someone they apologised.

I had the unpleasant surprise of not having hot water in my room. The hotel staff was very understandable and found me an emergency room in the morning to take my shower. I was a little late and couldn't make it, so the hotel finally offered me 50% off the room.

The person who takes care of bar/restaurant and problems is really nice. She also offered to make me any takeaway drink to make my stay more comfortable. It was a very welcome proposition.

Stayed here on several occassions when visting family in Norfolk.

Hotel is next to Norwich airport, but flights here do not disturb you in the hotel. Room was clean and had a comfortable king bed. Bathroom was rather small but OK for one person. It had a combined bath and shower. Initially had a few issues getting hot water out of the shower, but it worked in the end.

Breakfast had a good selection of choices with hot and cold options. Full English breakfast on offer if required, with juices, tea and coffee on offer.

I ate in the resturant in the evening and was very disappointed with the dinner. The chips were good, however, the burger was burnt!!!. Now I like a well done burger, so there are no issues with bugs, but this was just too much and I did not eat most of it. The coldslaw was also "grey looking" suggesting it was not fresh!

Was offered a second attempt at the burger but did not bother. Normally eat here in the evening and it has been fine before, so don't know if there is a new cook or that they just had an "off day"!!

So overall an Ok stay but dissapointing dinner. .

The room was extremely spacious.

The bed very comfortable. The pillow especially.

The decor was tired, scuffed paintwork everywhere. The bathroom door was rotted away at the bottom.

The bathroom extractor fan was exceedingly noisy.

Could do with USB connections in the plug sockets.

Needed extra plug sockets along the desk.

No coat hooks on the side of wardrobe.

Breakfast excellent.

Swimming pool excellent.
