We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Reception staff were amazing, special shout out to George who was super helpful. The rooms and hotel in general is beautiful and spotless. Dinner and breakfast very good. The young waitress at breakfast seemed very sad, I hope she’s ok. Overall a fantastic stay, would definitely recommend and looking forward to a trip back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my recent visit to the UK for an award ceremony at the University of Oxford. The experience was truly delightful. The reception staff, particularly Bulbul Gupta, was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant.||One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast service. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, but I especially enjoyed the omelet prepared by the chef—it was delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked every morning.||Overall, the hospitality, comfort, and quality of service provided at Holiday Inn Oxford made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oxford.

We booked this last minute when our flight from Heathrow was cancelled.

The hotel is in a great location for Oxford and Blenheim Palace.

For EV drivers there is a charger at the services literally 100 metres away with 3 more being installed.

The team were fantastic. Georgi checked us in and made us so welcome, and from then onwards the attitude from all was brilliant, always a smile and friendly response.

We couldn't fault them or the hotel.

Georgi put us in the new wing which was lovely.

We have already booked so we can stay when we go to Blenheim pre-Christmas.

If only all hotels and team members were this good.

There is nothing to fault about this hotel. The hotel staff truly make this hotel a fabulous choice for a stay in Cheltenham. Their warm welcome and helpfulness with buses to different places in Cheltenham was brilliant. We had a lovely king size bedroom - huge TV. Spotlessly clean bathroom. We had an evening meal in the hotel - first class. Breakfast also excellent - great range of choice. Jacqui who organises it is very helpful and gives a lovely warm welcome. We moved from this hotel to Malmaison and felt that the staff there need some training from the staff based at the Holiday Inn. I would highly recommend for visiting Cheltenham centre as there is a park and ride next door buses go every 10 minutes. Also, we visited Blenheim Palace and it's just down the road. Long stay parking is very reasonable. We will visit again! Thank you to all the staff for a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed for 2 nights with school friends. Fantastic hotel and the restaurant was superb with the experience being enhanced by superb waitress Lauren who was so attentive and helpful. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Location was ideal for park and ride into city centre. Will definately return next year for our reunion.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel for our event. Rachael, the event coordinator was superb in her communication and ensured all our needs were met, as always. The team led by Hannah on the night was highly organised, making sure we were well accomodated with no issues.|I have been booking this hotel for the past five years, hosting two events per year, and it has always been a wonderful experience. Not to mention, the food was absolutely delicious and with a good portion.

A fantastic stay. Staff are always so welcoming and genuinely happy to be there. The leadership team have got it right. Always nice to see familiar faces and always a great welcome. I cannot recommend this property enough. Both breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations for choice, quality and service. Room was large and spacious with lots of natural light and plenty of power points. Ideal for work and relaxation. I’m looking forward to a return visit.
