My little family & I loved this hotel. Easy to find, plenty of parking and super friendly reception staff. I emailed ahead to mention it was our son’s 12th birthday the day we checked in (we spent the day at Legoland - very close by). The wonderful housekeeping team left a welcome package in our room, along with decorations & a card. So lovely and so thoughtful too - thank you! The actual room was lovely & spacious with crisp, cosy linens and very comfortable beds & pillows. Shower & toiletries were great quality. We had a view of Windsor castle and the terminal 5 flight path from our window. Great fun watching the planes line up to come in!|Breakfast in the morning was run by a very friendly & helpful team. The food was hot, fresh, varied & plentiful. |We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved every moment of our stay and would recommend 100%. Zero negatives.

The rooms are decent. The design is quite a bit old but it is functional and clean. AC is cold, that's a plus. Hair drier is a plus!! For me, that is!😅 What's amazing is the service is excellent. The staff were so nice! And kids under 12 eat for free (buffet)..no matter if it's breakfast or dinner. We enjoyed our stay here for an affordable price!

My wife and I were stranded in London when Heathrow Airport closed for the day. We were luck to find a room at the Holiday Inn in Slough. Upon arrival, we were made comfortable while we waited for our room to be ready, as we arrived before check in time. Everyone in the hotel was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The food from their restaurant was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were so helpful and friendly.
Amelia in the restaurant was so attentive and reassuring as my daughter and I are Coeliacs and she took our order down and the chef made ours fresh so that there was no risk of contamination. We are so grateful to her and the restaurant team.

From before arrival to departure, the management and staff were all friendly & supportive to any requests. Check-in/ out was smoothly executed. There was a really good range of meal & beverage choices for our evening meal & breakfast. Food was tasty and restaurant staff were really very attentive. Room was spacious and comfortable. We slept well. There is a very short taxi ride to Slough railway station. Our room had a view of Windsor Castle. We do not hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future.

The bed is almost collapsing in on itself. The receptionist was extremely rude.
The air conditioning does not work. Oldest system ever.
The location is terrible for dogs. They should not say this is dog friendly. Glass all over the car park. No grass. The pathway to the park away round the back is covered in glass. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time.

My family and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn, Slough for two nights (We were visiting Legoland). |We booked 2 x double bedrooms for our family of 4. We were very happy with the rooms. Clean, spacious and the beds were very comfy. Our rooms overlooked the main road but we didn't hear the traffic at all.|The buffet breakfast is delicious and lots of choice for the whole family. |A special 'Thank you' to Jewella who checked us into the hotel. She was very helpful and friendly. |We will definitely be staying here again.

Recently I had a really good stay at the Holiday Inn in Slough. It’s not the first time and always find the staff very welcoming and you are made to feel at home. During my stay I was able to enjoy the hospitality and had a good chat with a staff member who is celebrating a big birthday soon, happy birthday! I’m not going to mention how old! I would seriously recommend this hotel, they know how to look after you.. The food including the breakfast is very good.. you have to order your evening meal in your seat on a tablet super convenient you place your order and they bring it to your table along with a smile.. I truly recommend this hotel. Happy Birthday G
