Pheasant catering. Was our caterers for out wedding at rosewood pavillion on 5th October 2024.
THE FOOD WAS PHENOMENAL! We had a big wedding party, this was no issue for them all went without a hitch and all allergies or dietary requirements was covered for! Very very accommodating. We had one guest who was vegan. They come and told me on the night that it was the best Vegan meal they had every had!.
Our evening Hog Roast food was also amazing and through out had alot of compliments on all the food we had chosen for our wedding day!
Danielle was brilliant at keeping us updated, and sent us this amazing spreadsheet to organise our guests tables and food option on! Danielle also took time to come and check with both me and my husband through out the food at both day and evening that we was happy and all was OK!
Calvin, Danielle and the pheasant catering team. You was amazing and we would highly recommend pheasant catering to any body!

Pheasant Catering provided all the food for our wedding. We had a prior taster session where we selected and defined our choices. Danielle was extremely helpful. On the day the catering was excellent. Food was served well, dinner was hot, buffet was very varied and tasty. Would definitely recommend. Thank you to all the team.

I used Holland Hospitality for the first time (as my regular caterer was unavailable) to provide us with canapé's and a two course meal, for a private dinning event for 18 guests at our home. The service and quality of the food was excellent, all my guests have phoned me, to say what wonderful food we had. Thank you to all of the team at Holland Hospitality for making our evening a great success. I will be in touch in the near future to book the same again for next year.

Pheasant catering recently provided the food for my wedding and provided an excellent service the whole way through.

Danielle helped to guide me through timings, what I needed for the day and sorted out our tasting. She was also excellent with helping us to set up the venue and on the day being flexible with last minute requests.

Dannielle, Calvin, and the whole Pheasant Catering Team went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect day. As someone with severe anaphylaxis, they ensured regular communication in the build up to the wedding day to ensure a safe and stress free event. We had an amazing experience I’ve worked in hospitality all my life and these guys have got it together. Dannielle was always there easy to talk to and she had everything under control. I’m not the easiest guy to please and I was very happy with what they did.
