Not sure where to start!!! Me and a friend stayed over the Bank Holiday weekend and was shock to find this hotel in the heart of a ghetto... not sure why there was black bars all around but can omly imagine why.||||I was laughing all night when a blond middle age women greeted us after being let in by what looked like a night guard door man It seemed like a prison camp with white doors but could of done with some new carpet on the steep staircase. ||||She showed us to our room which was nothing that was featured on the website. Not expecting the Ritz but the standards were low. The two single beds either side looked more appealing than the main double. Tip: don't put dark coloured bed linening unless its new.||||Bedroom could have had a few hanging pictures to distract us from the view of cobwebs on the ceiling and walls||||Wardrobes, bed and furnishings were dated and was someshat covered in dust or mould in corners. The cream/ beige looking towels looked unappealing- I would not dream of even wipe my foot bottom with. The location was too far from the Carnival and felt unsafe to walk street. ||||But on the plus side I was glad of having the fridge to cool me down after the long day out and was happy to have lino in replace of carpet- which is more hygienic. Cynthia was friendly in check in on us, however not able to warm our food up knowing Breafast was not served when it should of been included and having no brown sugar didn't make it any sweeter as we were expecting breakfast but got none.||||Glad I stayed in the summer months because I dont think I would of cope in these conditions if it was the winter but good luck if you do.

this hotel is absolutely terrible, bed sheets had holes in them where rats have chewed through and the room was dirty. we thought we’d overall had a nice experience considering the people staying there and the bathroom outside the bedroom. however, every morning i woke up the the noise of rats running up and down in the walls and rustling. when we went to leave in the morning i went to throw away a packet of crisps id had in my bag only to find out a rat had gotten into my bag an eaten the food. had to throw the bag away because a dirty rat had been in there. sink in the bedroom and the door didn’t lock. we’re too girls staying in a dodgy part of london and our door didn’t lock. we had to push the chair up against the door and then push the bed up against the chair to feel safe. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

If I could rate this place 0 I would. I was staying here for two nights. I did not end up staying for the second night. We booked a 4 bedroom room. When arrived one of the beds was broke with a note on top saying don’t use. We had to request to move ( no reception all done via phone).|||| The room was filthy, the beds were dirty and there were loads of bugs in the room! The room also had no mirrors or towels in it. We had to request this over the phone. ||||The shower was also broken. I would not call this place a hotel. It was worse than any hostel I have ever stayed in. Did not feel clean or safe there. ||||Would recommend anyone thinking of coming to this place to book a hostel instead. It’s not worth the stress and uncomfortableness.

The worse experience ever! Do not book this!!!
We booked 3 nights and barely slept in any! Bedroom looked clean at first but the more we stayed we realised we were visited by mice every night, we left some
Dry food items like pack of crisps and wraps for my kids lunch after only to come back and find rat/ mice holes in the package. Neighbourhood noisy and people coming in till late slamming front doors… there’s no reception so we seen the staff on arrival and once asking for a fan but no luck! We bought a fan cos bedroom was soo hot and we couldn’t leave window opened as we were on ground floor and looked like someone could come through window. Very dirty bathroom, we had towels changed but bathroom never cleaned and there was a leak behind bathroom non stop… my kids seen mice poking their heads through… tv impossible to tune and unfortunately not even BBC channel so we missed catching up with the Commonwealth Games… managed to see some online but that was it, not good enough not even for 2 stars and half! The back pain sleeping in the hardest mattress ever wasn’t worthy and we just stayed cos was hard to book somewhere else last minute with 2 kids and budget in high summer… one of my kids mattress had a hole uncomfortable to sleep on but we jmprovised…. we put a towel to dry feet in bathroom cos floor was slippery and next time they gave us ā€œfresh towelsā€ this same one was mixed between ()… what the!? Walk to Harlesden station is also very dodgy, do not do at night… buses serve area well but I now wished I had read more of these reviews here… also they didn’t serve breakfast anymore and only food safe was what we had in fridge. Staff shouted 11:05am (5minutes past checkout) that was time to leave but didn’t say bye or ask anything about stay which confirm in my experience they might already know how bad it is… never staying in this place again! We had london passes and thought the saving was good but overall, wish I had gone somewhere else as my kids didn’t sleep well either and we dreaded returning to this hotel in the night, after having a good day in london… šŸ˜’

Stayed for one night whilst going to a concert at Wembley. There was nothing else available in the vicinity so this was the only option. |We parked on a side street, where there were multiple gangs of people hanging about smoking drugs and drinking. It felt very intimidating and uncomfortable. It didn't feel safe and we didn't like leaving the car where it was but there was no other option. |The rooms were of an unclean standard to say the least. We ended up sleeping on top of the bed covers, fully clothed! We didn't even attempt a shower or breakfast. If you look at staying here, please don't, you'll fear for your won health and safety.

When we arrived at the Hollingbury Hotel they couldn't find our booking, even when I produced a receipt and showed the payment on my online banking they still didn't want to give us a room. They wanted us to pay again. Eventually after around 45 minutes we were given a room, which was supposed to be a double, but was quite clearly a single, they was only one cup, one towel etc. The hotel is very scruffy, the lamp in our room was held together with sellotape. The bathroom was no bigger than a cupboard, you would have to climb over the toilet to use the shower and the sink was in the bedroom. It's located in a very dodgy area of London. Not once did they apologise about the booking mix up, the guy at reception didn't have a clue what he was doing. We didn't bother staying for breakfast, and from reading other reviews it wouldn't have been worth staying for anyway. This is by far and away the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

First, when you arrive to the hotel, it is in a less popular part of London, however, do not let that scare you. You are 15 mins by bus to Wembley, and a 35 minute train ride to the city. The staff we're freindly and helpful, and Ahmed is a really nice guy. From what I understand, the hotel has under gone reservations since the previous reviews, and I can back it up that the hotel is not a bad place to stay.
