Holly House is situated in a lovely small traditional old English village, (with newer properties there also). Other such villages and Sittingbourne are within east reach. I understand there are some good walks in the vicinity.||Wonderful from start to finish. |A lovely property where one is made welcome from the moment of arrival.|We stayed in the larger bedroom overlooking the rear garden and sports field. Warm radiators but also the ability to open windows for fresh air. Very, very comfortable bed ensured good sleep. Tea & coffee facilities obviously.|The en-suite was large and the power shower excellent with lots of hot water. Good quality individual toiletries provided.||We were in the area for a family funeral and stayed three nights.||The breakfast is of the best!|Plenty of choice for cereals and fruit juices, the home made ones very tasty.||A menu giving choices of hot breakfast, obviously including traditional English were of the highest quality constituents which can be cooked ‘as you like it.’ On request my bacon well done, my wife’s not so.|Additionally the jams and marmalades, also home made taste wonderful.||Jane the host really went out of her way to give advice for places to eat out etc. We had no need to take up her recommendations of places to visit.||Like us, Jane is from Northern England and her friendliness and care ensure one feels at home. Also that you have eaten sufficient. This is welcome.||We whole heartedly recommend and will return.

We loved every minute of our stay at Holly House and feel so lucky we found it, we will definitely be returning. From emailing Jane to make the booking until we left, she could not have been more thoughtful and kind. Jane's breakfasts are outstanding and everything was of the highest quality. My husband had some problems with his teeth and Jane was so accommodating, soft food and anything he needed to help with pain. Room was beautiful and the best equipped I have ever known, Jane has thought of everything. We were going to a wedding and Jane even advised me on my outfit. We would recommend Holly House wholeheartedly as it truly is so relaxing and beautiful. Two minutes walk up the road we had a drink at the village pub and that was bliss too sitting in their lovely garden.

The most welcoming and friendly reception I’ve ever received at a B&B!

I had to stay local to Sittingbourne on business recently and contacted Holly House at short notice to check their availability. Jane soon came back by text after she missed my call saying the dates of my visit would be absolutely fine.

On arrival late in the evening I was very warmly greeted by a very bubbly and cheery Jane, given a tour of the rooms and facilities, and basically made to feel right at home — she even offered to make me something to eat if I was hungry after my long drive!

It’s a shame my stay was so short (1 night) as the setting is beautiful, the rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

I can see myself coming back to this region again for a short break just to stay at Holly House again!

This was the perfect B & B for me to stay at for a wedding. Jane, our host was friendly and made us feel very welcome. My room excellent,clean, fresh and decorated to a high standard. The room had all the facilities to make my staye comfortable including an en suite. Breakfast was excellent with a range of cereals (including home made muesli), fruit and options on a cooked breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for Jane. I highly recommend this B&B and would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable, homely and spotlessly clean. Jane is so friendly, she couldn't do enough to keep us happy, even picking us up from a function when no taxis were available due to the petrol shortage. She definitely went above and beyond the call. Breakfast was superb. In short, I'd recommend Holly House to anyone.

Yet another outstanding stay at Holly House. After one night in August I booked again for 3 nights on business. Jane was so welcoming and it was like returning home! Its such a peaceful location you are always guaranteed a good nights sleep. The breakfast was up to its normal fantastic quality with locally sourced ingredients cooked with love and skill. I'd highly recommend anyone to stay here if you get the chance.

We stayed with Jane for three nights and loved it. She is a warm and welcoming host who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of during our stay. We loved the warm, calm feeling in the house. It was so nice to have a little platter of hot drinks and biscuits in our room, and every morning we looked forward to the beautiful breakfast which Jane personally prepared for us. We would most certainly stay here again next time we visit England.

This B&B is outstanding.|After a long day of walking the South Downs Way we were warmly welcomed by Jane, our host.|This establishment is spotlessly maintained and our room was delightful. Our cooked to order breakfast was delicious.|Unfortunately I left my Fitbit behind when we left and Jane called me to let me know she was posting it to our hotel in London, to collect after our trip abroad. |Thoroughly recommend a visit to this beautiful B&B.
