Mandy and Mark are fantastic hosts and go out of there way to help.
We had The Yacht Haven room which is beautifully decorated with a renovated bathroom that has a shower, separate deep bath and two sinks !
The bed is super comfortable and there is a small sitting area with sofa !
Sea glimpses too.
Breakfast was great

We stayed at the Holly Tree House for a few nights in mid June. It was truly one of the best B&B experiences we ever had. We took two rooms with them. Both rooms were very nicely decorated, the bed in particular fluffy and comfortable. I especially love the use of interesting fabrics on the curtain, cushions and lamp shades. I found out that Mandy sewed all of that herself, which really adds a lovely personal touch to the place. After all, authenticity is what we look for when we stay at B&B's. Breakfast was always a treat that we looked forward to every morning. I learnt that they buy a lot of their food from local butchers ( sausages) and local artisanal shops ( jams) vs from big supermarkets, which is why everything tasted super yummy. I'm so impressed that they put the comfort and experiences of their customers before profit. Mark and Mandy was easy to communicate with and super accommodating. Such a lovely couple they are. Holly Tree House is also very centrally located and is an easy saunter to most places. I highly recommend it.

This B&B is a must stay. The room we stayed in was perfect. There was everything you needed even a mini fridge. |The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast 🍳 Delicious.|Cowes is a lovely and friendly town to visit with a beautiful Esplanade restaurants and independent shops.

The stay here was lovely. Mandy was absolutely amazing. She even insisted on picking us up from the ferry station which was really helpful as it was our first time visit, the room was excellent. Mandy also served us with home-made fresh breakfast and some lovely must visit places recommendations. Definitely choose to stay there, you will thank us later.

My friend Nick and I, made Holly Tree House our first and last night stay on the island whilst completing the costal path walk over four days. When we arrived on day one the hosts offered to collect us from the Red Funnel terminal to save the walk up the hill, which considering what was coming was very much appreciated.||We arrived in our small but perfectly appointed twin room with an excellent en-suite facility. The room had everything we required including fresh milk for hot drinks. Breakfast was lovely and Mandy was a perfect host. We set off fully refreshed after a good nights sleep and a hearty breakfast.||We returned on day four after completing 71.5 miles walking over four days obviously feeling somewhat exhausted. We were greeted by Mandy who brought a lovely pot of tea and biscuit to our room.||We made plans to get a taxi to the ferry terminal as no more walking was required, however as soon as our host found out they offered to drop us off at the ferry terminal.||The welcome we received was outstanding, the room and food were perfect and we couldn’t ask for a better stay. Thank you so much.

My friend and I visited the island for the festival weekend.|Holly tree house is lovely and we had a great experience from start to finish with communication from Mandy and Mark picking us up from the ferry.|They gave us tips on travelling to and from the festival during such a busy time which was spot on!||Room had everything we needed including a fridge and lots of sockets. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and extra bits downstairs available to get if we needed at any time. Also lots of storage and a hairdryer.||Super comfortable bed, lots of towels and toiletries, they really have thought of everything.||Thank you Mandy and Mark for a great stay, if I return to the island I know where to come.||Kellie and Dani x

We returned to Holly Tree House for our honeymoon as we had been at Holly Tree House for our first holiday together. |Mandy set the bar high for our first visit but ( hard to believe our honeymoon visit was even better! Mandy and Mark couldn't do enough for us, picking us up at the ferry terminal and dropping us off for our cycling hire. |The rooms (bedroom and bathroom) were dressed beautifully, like a boutique hotel suite with Ercol furniture and such a comfortable bed!|Mandy's breakfasts excelled the 4 star hotel we were in the previous week in Jersey. |All in all, we had a wonderful time and look forward to a return.

If ever you wish to stay in a place that has thought of absolutely everything you might need (or have forgotten), this is the place. We were warmly welcomed by Mandy who showed us to our beautiful rooms. We stayed in Yacht Haven, the room with a side sea view, ensuite shower and bath and our friends stayed in Bembridge which had ensuite shower. Both rooms equally beautifully decorated with king size beds and wonderful bedding, towels and toiletries are provided along with tea/coffee making facilities and fresh milk daily. Nice little touches like a KitKat and sweets in the room too. The breakfast is the best we've ever had with fresh local produce and a great choice to include home made bread - it kept us going all day! Mandy is a great host and gave us tips on places to visit and even provided us with a map of the Island to help us find out way. All in all it was absolutely fabulous and we will return, thank you!
