We felt immediately at home here. Edwina was extremely kind and welcoming, and we had our own little corridor with twin room, dressing room and bathroom plus the use of a lovely lounge downstairs. With our own entrance and front door key, it was like having a whole apartment to ourselves. Everywhere was beautifully clean, with attractive decor and everything you might need. Comfortable beds, lots of natural light and you can see the sea between the trees. Breakfast was delicious and well cooked/presented. Fresh milk provided daily for hot drinks in our room. We couldn't fault it as a splendid location to stay whilst visiting the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. Cley Marshes are but 3 miles away.

We have now stayed here at the beautiful Home Close, 5 times since 2008. Each time we are greeted with the same friendliness and hospitality by Edwina. Clean and comfortable with wonderful views. The magnificent breakfast offered in the morning really sets you up for the day.||The setting is quiet and peaceful yet very close to Morston, Holt, Wells etc by car.||When we come to North Norfolk Home Close will always be our first choice.

We stayed at the lovely B and B for the night of the Lionel Ritchie concert and we were so pleased we did. Edwina was delightful and so helpful. A really lovely room with everything you could wish for and a very comfortable bed.||Excellent breakfast with fruit, yogurt and a full English. Easy ride into various parts of Norfolk. I spent two nights at Home Close and could have happily stayed all week. The owner Edwina is very warm and welcoming. My room was cosy and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom (great shower!). There was a lovely lounge for the guests` use. Edwina provided a fantastic breakfast too. Definitely amazing value for money and one of the nicest places I`ve stayed.

What a lovely B&B. Completely unpretentious, warm, homely, clean, well-appointed, in a beautiful old Norfolk farmhouse, this was a little home from home for a Dad (me) and his young daughter on a halt term break. You could see the sea from our bedroom window, across the fields our towards Blakeney, and there's so much to do and see in this beautiful part of the world. We loved the room, which had comfortable beds and where we slept wonderfully. Breakfast was delicious. I had the cooked full English which was a perfect start for the day, and my daughter had boiled eggs - nothing was too much trouble for Edwina who runs the B&B. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Langham is a tiny yet very pretty village. We had fish and chips in Wells on our first night, but on the second we walked to the local pub/restaurant in the village and had a good evening meal, before walking back to the farm. I didn't really want to leave...

We very much enjoyed a restful break at Home Close. The hosts are very welcoming; the room is comfortable, breakfasts are excellent and the view is beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the use of the sitting room with a log fire in the winter evenings, and being able to walk to the (excellent) village pub if we did not want to drive anywhere in the evening.||||Although a mile from the coast, it is very quiet, and a good centre for both sea and countryside.

Stayed for two nights in this lovely house, great welcome from Edwina who could not have been more helpful. We enjoyed a great breakfast, and Home Close is a fantastic location from which to explore the North Norfolk coast

A comfortable bed, nice breakfast and friendly hosts. Well worth a stay. A farmhouse but worked as an arable farm so no animals. An ideal location, not far from the sea, and near to a number of good places to eat.
