Elizabeth and her team provided the perfect tea after our Mother's funeral service. All the food was delicious and plentiful and judging by the comments from our friends, greatly appreciated. Elizabeth's delightful staff took all the pressure off us, so we had no need to worry about any aspect of serving the tea or clearing away afterwards, and we were able to chat to friends who had gathered to say goodbye to our Mum. I would recommend Elizabeth instantly to anyone who is needing quality catering for an event locally.

Elizabeth is amazing & her food is awesome!
She catered for my 30th wedding anniversary party for 60 with a combination of hot & cold mains followed by a delicious selection of deserts, teas & coffee. I could completely relax & enjoy my party with complete confidence.
All the food was scrumptious & the compliments from my guests was so positive, many said they had not seen such a beautifully presented selection of tasty food. Her attention to detail & professionalism combined with her excellent culinary skills means Elizabeth is a real gem. I cannot recommend her highly enough & will certainly use her again.

Choosing Elizabeth as our wedding caterer was one of the best decisions we made. She was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process - offering suggestions for seasonal fruits and veg, showing us her signature dishes while being open to new ideas, and planning around dietary requirements. She even helped us decide on the decor! We were able to plan our dream menu at a very reasonable price, and our guests were blown away by the choices.

Her flexibility and ability to accommodate last-minute changes really put us at ease before the big day. Elizabeth and her team even arrived a day early to ensure everything was set up perfectly, going above and beyond by taking on tasks we had planned to do ourselves.

Elizabeth’s staff were very friendly, professional, and attentive. Everything went smoothly on the day; the presentation was beautiful and the food was amazing. We received so many compliments about the canapés, the Pimm's, and the three-course meal. Some of our guests are still talking about the food months later!

We had a fabulous afternoon tea for mother's day thanks to Home Cooking by Elizabeth. She was always very quick to respond to my multitude of questions, even a last minute panicked request for pretty cutlery. I was able to put together the menu with her to suit everyone's needs. The food was beautifully presented on lots of pretty plates ready to pop straight into the stands provided. The sausage rolls were divine (delivered still warm, they were so hard to resist!), everyone commented on how tasty the roast beef was and the lemon cake was to die for! My only criticism was there was so much food (although I have enjoyed having scones for breakfast this morning and finger sandwiches for lunch and both mothers also had a goody bag to take home so no real hatdship)!! All the crockery was collected seamlessly today. Thank you Elizabeth, my mother and mother in law were both blown away and I got to sit back and relax too. I am already looking forward to planning another event with you!

Booked at short notice for a funeral and Elizabeth was excellent with her service - firstly, the food exactly as requested and secondly in terms of overall service (including some quick on the day adjustments due to venue). Thoroughly reccomend.

We received a beautiful three course meal delivered to our home for a birthday treat, and wow! What a treat it was.
If, like us, you are missing the fine dining experience then you need to order some of Elizabeth's wonderful dishes.
We had the seafood platter, lamb shank and crumble and it was absolutely perfect.

We first got in touch with Elizabeth in Summer 2019 and finally, we had a delayed celebration of our marriage in July 2022.
This is a long review, but the summary is that Elizabeth is an experienced, kind and talented caterer.
There are so many wonderful things to say.
Elizabeth was so kind in committing to be our caterer even with our continually changing dates.
Our dream was to have plenty of delicious food so that there was something for everyone at our wedding celebration and Elizabeth helped us to create a wonderful menu. Many of our guests commented on how lovely the food was, the deserts in particular. We went for a hot buffet, with nice details such as starters on the tables, and second rounds of all three courses for all our guests!
Elizabeth provided a huge range of options to help us work within our budget. She also arranged for left over food to be boxed up so we could enjoy it the next day, which was great as I hate waste!
The team of staff were outstanding. Elizabeth arranged for some to stay on after the main meal to keep the venue clean and tidy, serve the cake and man the bar, as well as presenting the food that we provided ourselves for the evening. They did every part of this to a high standard, were kind and professional. I felt we were constantly in safe hands, and it was clear that the staff enjoy working for Elizabeth, which is important to me.
One of the things I wanted was personal touches, and Elizabeth was so flexible that these things were easy to incorporate.
Elizabeth is well connected and knew our venue and evening food provider very well, which made the process even smoother. Table linen, glasses, etc etc etc were all organised and excellent.

The food was truly delicious, the service was impeccable, polite, professional and the kitchen was left immaculate. The planning was exceptional and all queries and questions answered thoroughly.
