A beautiful house in a fabulous location. Sue, the hostess is a wonderful example of how a b and b should be This should really be 5 star house as the quality accommodation combined with the breakfast was outstanding., and having visited all corners of the UK, this is the very best. We were greeted with homemade shortbread or cake served in their beautiful garden. Scrumptious home made bread at breakfast and also homemade granola. The cooked breakfast was truly scrumptious and so filling. YOU REALLY MUST VISIT AND EXPERIENCE FOR YOURSELF

This is not the first time I’ve written a review about Home Farm in Ayston, and I am at risk of repeating myself in praising Sue and Rob Scott for their lovely B & B accommodation which we have now stayed in five times. On each occasion, we have been welcomed on arrival with delicious home-made cake and tea or coffee in the beautiful sun room.||||Over the years that we have stayed, the accommodation has been consistently clean and comfortable, and a pleasure to stay in. Sue’s breakfasts have been a delicious start to each day.||||It’s working farm surroundings are delightful, and we have no hesitation in recommending a stay there.

Four of us stayed with Sue and Rob for a week while fishing at Eyebrook and Rutland Water. We could not have been looked after better! Breakfasts were substantial and just what we needed before a day on the water. We stay here every year and it only gets better every time!

After staying last weekend for our fourth time at Home Farm, Ayston, near Uppingham in the beautiful county of Rutland, we would have no hesitation in recommending Sue and Rob Scott as really attentive and considerate hosts.||||We were a party of four, one of whom is a vegetarian, and each of us had different breakfast requirements, all of which - and more - was provided by Sue; a really delicious and comprehensive breakfast table.||||The greeting we have received on each of the occasions we’ve visited has been warm and friendly, and our rooms have always been welcoming, spotless, convenient and extremely comfortable.||||As always, our thanks go to Sue and Rob for making yet another visit so pleasant and enjoyable. We are now looking forward to returning next year.

This is by far the best B&B we've ever stayed in. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, with quality bedding.|Hosts Robert and Sue, are very gracious, and Sues breakfasts are fresh from the farm with homemade bread daily.|Looking forward already for our stay next year!

Beautiful location, friendly and welcoming host, strongly recommend. ||Family weekend away cycling around Rutland Water, worked really well as a base to explore the local area. Plenty of pubs and eatery’s close by to make for a wonderful, relaxing stay.
