This place is simply wonderful. Les and Pete, allowed us to stay here after unfortunately finding ourselves homeless.|As a first introduction to what will be a nomadic life, this flat could not have been more perfect.|All the essential items were provided from bedding, kitchen equipment, washing line and a wonderful space in a little courtyard, perfect for enjoying a brew in the morning.|We have loved staying with you and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and beautiful property to relax in and catch your breath.|Thank you so much Les & Pete, your generosity and warmth that you have shown us has restored our faith in humans. Clean, comfy and a perfect location with plenty to do nearby, and within easy driving distance to many other attractions.||The owner met us on arrival and was welcoming and friendly, and provided us with ample information about the apartment, local area and parking; we ended up buying a tourist permit for about £50 on the IoW website which meant we could park in almost all car parks around the island. The nearest car park to Homeleigh was just a three minute walk away.||The apartment itself was just what we needed for our stay, where we would be out exploring for the entire day but needing a clean and comfortable base for evenings and night time. The microwave and small worktop oven were just right for basic meals after eating out during the day.

This guest house is in a great location, close to all amenities in ryde. The host was really pleasant and happy to help us. The room we stayed in was spacious and had been freshly decorated and looked really modern. The bed was very comfy and the room had everything that we needed. It was a really nice stall altogether and I will definitely be booking again! Thanks Homeleigh!

The guest house has a great location, minutes from the pier, beach and amenities of the high street. Transport links to get around the island are also very close by. The rooms themselves were fairly basic, but had everything you need for a quick getaway, so no complains there. Each room could fit 4 people comfortably. The price was also extremely reasonable, at around £60 per night. ||||The owner was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend for a cheap and cheerful beach holiday!

A few nights away for a family of 4 with 2 young children to visit family. As it wasn't for leisure as such we didn't want to spend a lot of money on hotels, and found this bargain.||Perfect if you are not planning on spending much time within the accommodation. ||The place is run down but it is an old building. It was clean, tidy and the decor wasn't too bad. It had a separate kitchen with a sofa in it so whilst the kids were sleeping, the adults can sip wine in there. The owners wasn't about fur to their family commitments, hut so helpful with regards to making sure we were OK and settled and gave precise instructions regarding entering, heating etc. ||It's definitely not much to rave about, but much better than I expected after reading previous reviews on it. And after all, much cheaper than hotels. I didn't kind it one bit.||So if your not fussed about luxery, and want a bargain, this is definitely the place to stay.

Good Price, I payed 65 pounds each night, which was good, close to beach. Microwave and kitchen stuff to use, would definitely stay again, owner Les was well helpful, she even let me use her own Private parking space.

Disgusting.
Lesley says i am not telling the truth when I say the house wasn’t cleaned properly.
Fair enough you have got a new cleaner but the whole apartment looks it hasn’t been cleaned properly for years.

1. Whole place smelt badly of damp||2. Beds were extremely uncomfortable especially the one in the Kitchen !||3. No Wardrobe to hang any clothes||4. Patio door opened onto a small courtyard which was used as a tip for the house. Broken chair , bins stacked on top of each other and piles of house bricks.||5. after complaining the room was damp we were given a glade type air freshener||6. second bed was cramped into the kitchen area so made it impossible to use the very limited facilities.||7. on the whole massively overpriced at £360 + 10% surcharge, total of £396 . not good value for money.||I appreciate its an old building but there is no need to have it in such a bad state of repair . For the money charged i expect more than a good location.||.||||눇Location was perfect for our weekend.
