Was so happy to stay in this great gem of a b&b. The Hostess was wonderful and super helpful and accommodating. Very cosy. Slept like a baby on the comfy bed. As a vegetarian was so happy to stay in a plant based b&b! No bad smells of bacon (if expect meat, you wont find it here). So is unique in many wonderful ways…Gluten free,plant based, good selection of books. Nice to have fresh fruit snacks in the room too. The location is very good too! Only have good words and feelings for this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I can’t imagine a better host. Anne looked after us so well and prepared excellent breakfasts. We got soaking wet one night and she dried all our clothes. We had some great conversations with her. I cannot recommend a stay here highly enough.

Mary & I plus Mary’s best friend, who is also a Mary stayed 3 nights with our wonderful hostess, Anne who provided us with extremely calm, safe and comfortable accommodation on our visit to Norwich for a wedding. We had travelled from Galway (as the bride is from Ireland) and we hadn’t been to Norwich previously. Breakfast was included and all three of us thoroughly enjoyed the gluten free, organic and vegetarian menu/breakfast which Anne took immense care over and provided.|We felt and were treated as if we had known each other for years. We absolutely and fully enjoyed our stay with Anne at Homestay, Norwich

Lovely little spot with warm and welcoming host. Bonus points for having an EV charger (make sure to bring a Type 2 cable and car, though, and let Anne know beforehand if you need to use it.)

Virgin Media broadband better speeds than most regular, branded hotels I've stayed in.

Anne made us very welcome and put herself out to provide everything we needed including a fan given the extra warm weather! Delicious breakfast with homemade bread and pastries, fruit and yoghurt. Welcome pack with a few goodies and tea/coffee facilities in the room all very much appreciated.

Our amazing host made our visit to Norwich better than we could have imagined. From fresh made bread for breakfast, to fruit in our rooms. I was visiting with a friend, so using both rooms worked perfectly for us. Nothing was too much trouble for our fantastic host. We will certainly be visiting again, and if you want a lovely welcoming home from home, with a caring host, then homestay Norwich is the place to visit.

Anne was a lovely host! The room was clean and modern with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. The bathrooms were shared but very well kept and professional. Delicious full english vegan breakfast made by Anne herself was the cherry on top of a delightful stay.

‘Homestay’ is suited to vegetarians and vegans and is also eco-friendly.||Anne was the perfect host; a great personality and the most pleasurable company. Delighted to stay with someone who ‘actually practises what they believe in’ as all the facilities were eco-friendly. The breakfasts, both vegetarian and vegan, are well presented and truly delicious....even to a non vegetarian as myself! It really is ‘a home from home’ like visiting a family friend or relative. The host certainly works very hard, almost non-stop, in fact and nothing is too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend! Thanks for the shampoo, Anne!
