Nice Lodge, we took 2 rooms one is fantastic and the other small and in second floor.

Very clean.

Great attention… is more like do it your self. Even check in and check out.

This was a nice surprise find. I had a feeling young family just took over running the businesses. We had just an overnight stay before picking up our son from the airport. This place has an ideal position, it is quiet, has great garden space, and the room is a nice double. Even though the furniture had seen better days, the room was tidy and the bed was comfortable. Absolutely loved the self-checking idea. Free overnight parking. Amazing feeling all around. Good luck to the owners and hopefully we will visit again in future.

Set in lovely grounds, but this is very basic accommodation. Not the cleanest either. We paid £337 (room only) for 1 night (2 guests). Self check in. We only stayed here because our flight was cancelled and limited to no availability anywhere near Gatwick. On a positive owner helped out with some toiletries.

Nice little hotel if you've got an early flight the next day, as the location is very close to the airport and surprisingly pretty quiet (we didn't hear one plane).||Beds were comfy, but pillows weren't the best, but wasn't much of an issue, as we were only in the rooms from 11pm - 3am for a quick nap.||The garden seating area was really nice though. We sat out there around 10pm, just to chat & chill. Really nice vibe.

Had a reservation confirmed a few days in advance, got an email that the payment details were incorrect, filled out the payment details again, everything said confirmed. While driving up we got an email that the reservation had been cancelled, which I only saw once we had parked. Arrived with nobody there, no key, nobody answering the phone. Fully stranded.

Lovely place and grounds are very well kept with lovely flora.
Car parking available right outside the lodge so not far to carry luggage. I felt very safe as it was all behind a locked gate (code issued morning of stay).
Room was very big with sofa and chair so when staying in I was very comfortable rather than sitting on an upright dining chair sort or the bed like most hotels.
The bed was very comfortable.
There was a large TV and fridge in the room. WiFi signal was perfect.
My only grumble was there was nowhere to put toiletries when using the shower and no curtain so I did get quite a bit of water on the bathroom floor. I wouldn't mark the Lodge down for that though.

Very convenient location for an early departure from Gatwick the following day. Reasonable price for room only with tea/ coffee making facilities with over night parking free. Bed was very comfortable. |We would certainly book again if flying from Gatwick. This accommodation also offers longer stay parking and taxi to the Airport so worth enquiring as we will probably do next time.

Traveled up from Bristol to pick my Dad up from Gatwick airport the next morning so booked this lovely hotel. Its clean & comfortable 100% perfect.
