The hope centre is a very special place, staff are super friendly and the cafe is a lovely space for children and parents. They open up for other things too like over 60s lunch on a Wednesday. I spoke to a lovely staff member who told me all about what’s on at the centre - it seems like so many services for the community are provided here. My little one was tired and grumpy and a staff member even helped me to encourage him to pop his shoes on! I felt so welcome and I will be coming here often.

This is my new favourite place, the staff are amazing and the food is great although reasonably priced, my young son approved of the playing area as we were there for 4hrs, I will frequent this place often.

I went here a year ago with some friends from Worcester. It was lovely, the drive there and back was tiresome with lorries and tractors slowing down traffic. If it weren’t the case I would have definitely gone back. I didn’t know where to go from the Carpark. Walked to the 2 main buildings, into the one on the left where a very helpful receptionist told me to go up the stairs to the cafe. The cafe was spacious, no shoes (parents or children) in the play areas, a good range of toys and a nice ball pit made with soft play materials and soft play slide attached to it. Wooden floors too, felt nice and clean. Didn’t get a chance to sample anything as it took quite a while for us all to fill in the visitor forms and my little one was beginning to get agitated.
If I were local this would be my favourite place ?
*not just for children and parents but definitely catered for them
