We recently had the pleasure of staying at the holiday house in Horn Cote Country Escape and Spa. and it was an absolutely fabulous experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. Even though the hosts, Caroline and Martin, were away on their own holiday, their son Ben was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. When some of the lights blew during our stay, Ben even managed to quickly arrange for an electrician to carry out an emergency repair, which truly showcased his commitment to making our stay as comfortable as possible.
The house itself was a perfect blend of comfort and charm. It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly want. The views from the property were stunning, offering a peaceful and picturesque backdrop to our holiday. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, providing the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether we were taking in the beautiful surroundings or simply relaxing in the cozy living area, it was a stay to remember. We left feeling refreshed and are already planning our next visit.
If you're looking for a serene getaway with outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend this holiday house in ,Horn Cote Country Escape and Spa . It truly exceeded our expectations in every way!

Me and my family stayed here for 4 nights at Christmas and it was absolutely fabulous. The house itself has a very warm and cosy feel but very spacious at the same time. The dining hall was fantastic for our Christmas dinner feast as well as the games and activities we planned. As it was Christmas the house was decorated for the occasion with a very large Christmas tree being the main event! The kitchen was perfect and had so much equipment making christmas dinner a breeze. The bedrooms were lovely with the beds being incredibly comfortable which was needed after a few drinks! Talking of relaxation the large hot tub and sauna were a total treat. Caroline and Martin are excellent hosts, very helpful and communicative from enquiry, to booking and to the stay. They really helped us to have a brilliant Christmas altogether as a family, which is unusual as we tend to split up so it was really nice to spend it together! We are so thankful to them for making our Christmas special and I am personally considering this place for my 30th this year! Would totally recommended to any groups of any kind!

18 of us recently stayed here for a hen weekend. The barn is gorgeous and has everything you need for a home from home stay. We booked some add ons which were also brilliant! The owners could not do enough for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, thanks for a fantastic weekend

Came here for my 40th birthday weekend.

Great location, the house was well kitted out for a big group of people.
The decor is just gorgeous. We had outdoor games in the garden. The host also helped me arrange a BBQ and cocktail making for the weekend.
The party room was perfect for our needs.

Would recommend to book for a big group. Bedrooms can sleep from 2-5 depending on the layout you pick.

This beautiful place was the perfect setting for my family to spend a memorable weekend together. It really isn’t just for hen parties….. the layout lends itself beautifully to families and friends coming together; yet having plenty of space to have quiet time if needed. It’s ideally situated close to the town which is seeped in history, and has an array of beautiful shops, boutiques and bars/restaurants. The owners are always on hand and very attentive to any needs during their stay. Would absolutely recommend.

We had a fabulous weekend here celebrating my friends Hen party, we were a group of 22 and there was so much space for us all. The hosts were were excellent and nothing was too kuch trouble! The hot tub was a great addition and we will definetly be booking to stay here again.

I couldn't recommend this property enough for a Hen Do!!!!!! The house is absolutely incredible - there's so much character to it! The outside space is also so amazing. We spent an afternoon all sat outside sipping fizz whilst in and out of the HUGE hot tub. The house is also in a fab location, it's such a stunning area, we all took a little walk out to a local shop to pick up some extra supplies!!! The house has so many little rooms and spaces that everyone could relax in and do their own thing. I had a total of 17 guests and everyone got plenty of space - no sharing beds / in rooms with people they don't know. Caroline was so so lovely on the lead up to the hen do - she was SUPER helpful. She let us come to the house for a viewing so the bridesmaids could plan decor etc. She also was very understanding when I had to sadly change the number of guests following a drop out. She even arranged to post out a forgotten phone charger after the hen do! Thank you so much Caroline for your fantastic hosting and your outstanding property. Best weekend EVER!!!!!

I booked this venue for my fiends hen do and it did not disappoint. The house is gorgeous, comfortably sleeping the 20 who attended (can sleep more). There is a beautiful court yard with hot tub which we utilised not to mention a party room with sound system! The setting is beautiful with the stunning yorkshire dales surrounding the cottage.

The hosts are also lovely, really great at communicating and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the weekend. I would definitely recommend!
