A wonderful week in the Granary cottage. The wood fired hot tub was amazing and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Carol and Jim were lovely hosts and we had a fabulous time. Definitely would stay again. Good proximity to both Edinburgh and St. Andrews, about a 45 min drive to each.

We spent a wonderful week at The Granary. The house was spotless, and very well equipped and comfortable, with delightful countryside views, and a bonus of the hot tub, which was well used and loved! Carol & Jim were the most welcoming hosts and always on hand if needed. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the company of Struan and the brilliant Luna the dog. We would certainly like to come again sometime, perhaps booking both cottages so the rest of our family can see how superb Horselea is! Thank you for an amazing stay. ||||The Sinclair Family from Derby

Friendly, clean and beautiful location. We have just returned after 5 nights at the Granary and we had a truly lovely stay. Carol and Jim were brilliant hosts and really welcoming to ourselves and our 3 children. The Granary was lovely and clean and perfect for our needs. A really peaceful location but close to Perth for all the amenities. Hot tub was great, the kids were in it every night. We all loved our stay.

We stayed here as a family of five (one infant) and there was plenty of pace. Upstairs lounge room is lovely and comfy. Bed settee up there if needed too. Owners are excetionally friendly allowing our two (4 and 9) to explore around and do a bit of digging. Good walks nearby - I did a 45 min round trip run from the cottages to the top of castle law for some amazing views. We went to a nice pub in Bridge of Earn too (Village inn), and into Perth for the Black watch museum (great play park next to it).

On the road home now from a lovely weeks stay here. Carol and Jim made us feel extremely welcome and my little girl loved her daily visits to see the chickens, and Tigger the family dog who was super friendly. Lots of garden toys to keep us entertained, and a fabulous recommendation to a local pub which we visited twice due to the amazing service and delicious food. ||||The scenery was breath taking, and the weather was rally warm but was an added bonus for us. ||||Carol made us feel so welcome, we will definitely spread the word to friends and will be returning to this little gem 🙂 ☺☺☺☺🥰🥰🥰🥰||||The Lowe family and Ebony 🙂

We booked The Granary and The Stables for our wedding weekend in December because of its close proximity to our venue (Rossie on the Earn). Claire was so accommodating and even though we didn’t get to spend much time in the cottages, they were absolutely perfect for us and our friends. We’re looking forward to coming back on our anniversaries for years to come 🥰

Truly a fantastic holiday home/cottage. Very spacious 2 bedroom cottage with double sofa bed in large living room, big kitchen diner, bathroom upstairs, shower room downstairs... breath taking views, lovely family run place, loads of local walks and sites, very central for travelling to Perth, Dundee, Stirling, Edinburgh... you name it.
Will definitely be back again! We do a week in a cottage every 3/4 months and this is without doubt our favourite yet!!! 5 Stars!
