I have a hot tub which sprung a leak on the circulation pump and asked for a bit of help. The guys at Hot tubs and Living were happy to help and even gave me a spare part to try.
They didn't just give me advice, they listened to me ramble on even though they were clearly busy. As a result, the part worked perfectly and I've got my tub set up again ready for the weekend!!
I recommend the team wholeheartedly and will definitely come back for my inevitable future hot tub needs.

I bought my softub in 2013 and eight years later we are still enjoying it... in fact since then my daughter and also some good friends have bought from these guys and been equally delighted.

So, this is not the cheapest hot tub around. But you are buying for the long term. Ours has now moved house with us - it was surprisingly easy. I have found the company to be very helpful when we have needed help. The pump has been back for a service and small repair once and this was very easy. They sent a box and arranged collection. The cost was very reasonable.

I was over the moon with Joe and his team when I bought my Softub back in 2013. They were quick to deliver and install and I loved spending time in the tub morning and night. They’re a great addition to any garden and I couldn’t live without it. When we recently relocated overseas Joe and his team were ever so helpful in selling the tub on my behalf and we’re now looking into getting another over here in Canada.

Really helpful team, I wasnt sure what type of Jacuzzi we wanted, however, Joe and his team were great and showed us a number of designs, models and prices. Once chosen our new Jacuzzi arrived on time and the guys made what I thought would be difficult installation with a narrow passage and drop down patio look really easy. Ifirst came across this business at a display at Hickstead Showground Sussex way back in 2014.
That resulted in the first purchase. Fast forward to 2021. As I fancied a new Softub Portico, (my first is still working perfectly), I gave them a call and spoke to Andrew who was most helpful and placed the order in March. Surprisingly it was available earlier than the due date. On delivery day it was installed by Phil, who was very informative, reminding me of how important keeping the PH level correct, and also he obligingly helped me with relocating my other Softub.
All in all a great team of people at Hot Tubs and Living.
