Fantastic hotel with great staff and good food which doesn’t cost the earth. I have been using the hotel regularly to go and watch Aston Villa and the experience has always been excellent. Made great by the front of house staff - especially Monica on the bar. The rooms are clean too and the breakfast is very good. The bar area is also nice and has all the main sports channels. A couple of issues which require addressing to take it to 5 star. The lift has been broken for as long as I have been staying and the car park was previously free for guests but now there is a fee, which isn’t great. Other than that top place to stay and I’d highly recommend.

Fantastic staff, can't do enough for you.
The service they give is second to none.
Rooms are spacious and clean.
Unfortunately, the location makes it difficult for you to get onto the main road. You have to go up a slip road onto an extremely busy dual carriageway, which makes it difficult to pull out onto the road.
That said, don't let that put you off, I will definitely stay here again and again. The staff and service more than make up for it

Exceptional service given from all members of staff at the Campanile hotel Birmingham. Many thanks given especially to Sam on the front desk for going above and beyond throughout our stay. Always making us feel welcome and friendly. She is a great member of staff and I hope management at the Campanile recognise her hard work for your company. In addition at the bar Joel and Monica are always enthusiastic, happy and very friendly. They are always working hard given great customer service to all guests visiting the hotel including us. They have made our stay extra special along with Sam. Finally hats off to the chef who always provides us with outstanding food. I’ve never been disappointed from breakfast to dinner. He’s even behind the bar at times. He’s also a great asset to your team. The staff are very friendly and amazing. Monica, Joel and Inna are very lovely and super friendly. They joined in with our group conversation and laughter and they took really good care of the group. It’s the second time here and made us feel like home. The rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. The food is amazing and there’s great specials every night.

The Hotel was really pretty, great staff working there. Sam was really nice toward me, she made me feel very welcoming and comfortable in the hotel. Would recommend people to stay their for holidays and I would definitely come back one day. Maybe I get to see Sam there again☺️.

From the point of booking until the end of our stay, everything was perfect. The room and bathroom were both modern and super clean, there was parking right outside, and all the places we wanted to visit were less than a 10 minute drive away. Huge shoutout to SAM who provided us with complementary parking and a room upgrade as the room we wanted wasn’t available at the time of booking, and we were visiting for my husbands birthday. She gave quick responses online, and was also extremely friendly and hospitable in person. Will definitely be using this hotel in the future and would highly recommend.

A great stay, the room was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. We were well looked after by Sam who was very helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Booking was simple. Brilliant hotel. IN very accessible area.Good service including excellent checkin/out work by Chathuri and Sam on reception. Bar and lounge area busy but good service. Rooms very clean and adequate. We did not dine as ate elsewhere. Plan to return next year.
