I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel du Vin, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the ambiance was warm and inviting, perfectly combining luxury with a relaxed atmosphere.

The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the luxurious toiletries, was outstanding. The dining experience was equally exceptional, with the restaurant offering a delightful selection of dishes, each bursting with flavor and presented with elegance.

A special mention must go to Abraham, whose exceptional service truly made our stay unforgettable. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care stood out. Abraham went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit was seamless, offering helpful recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. He is a true asset to the Hotel du Vin team, and his dedication to providing excellent service did not go unnoticed.

Overall, Hotel du Vin is a gem. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious stay. A huge thank you to Abraham and the rest of the team for making our experience so special—we will certainly be returning!

Warm welcome at Reception and easy check in. ||The room was comfortable but the decor was tired. The sink in the bathroom had a big chip on it and the grouting/sealant round the bath was a bit grotty. There was a panel in the bathroom that seemed to house some sort of plumbing as it vibrated and ran all through the night. ||We ate dinner in the restaurant which was pretty good. Staff were attentive and helpful with the menu. I’m a coeliac so we went through choices and adaptations. I did ask if there was any gf bread and was told no they didn’t have any. Although at breakfast the following morning they seemed to have plenty! Not sure what that was about. ||Breakfast was a bit average, bits missing off the buffet and really didn’t like the coffee machine. Felt very basic and the coffee was terrible. Please consider bringing back barista coffee/teas and to have them served at the table. ||Overall, we were a bit disappointed!

Had an amazing experience at this hotel for a friend's wedding. The rooms are fabulous, spacious clean and comfortable. The breakfast was high quality and the service my the waitress was brilliant.
The hotel staff are all polite amd friendly and went above and beyond.
Only gripe I had was the noise level from the work being done around the hotel at early hours.
But I will still return to enjoy this place again

Now, the Hotel Du Vin is our favourite hotel chain and so it disappoints me to write this review. The welcoming was great, the bistro staff absolutely fabulous but the room was oh so cold and we had to ask to be moved as it was lacking of any heat of any form from the radiators or the non functioning air conditioning. Also disappointed by the reaction of the new person on the desk who was non apologetic, lacking any personal touch or I guess could say "warmth" from his behaviour and customer service. But nice stay once we had warmed up!

A beautiful hotel with personality and intrigue and romance—the way you wish all hotels should be. There's a library, even a cigar shack with leather sofas and a fireplace. Comfortable, tasteful and impeccably clean rooms. Staff are professional, friendly and highly accommodating. A short walk from the city centre makes Hotel du Vin the perfect city stay.

A big thank you to Kai at reception for the voucher drink – such a lovely touch! We didn’t stay at the hotel this time, but it looks absolutely chic and classic. I’m already looking forward to coming back and staying properly soon!

We are staying at Hotel Du VIN for one night. We decided to eat at the bistro and the fillet steak was fab! Abraham made the meal very special. Very friendly, great service and relaxed atmosphere.
Habiba was extremely helpful in check in too.
