My husband surprised me with a 4 night stay for my 50th Birthday this last week. Wow, what can I say, was impressed the moment we walked in.
Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful hotel located centrally to all attractions within Bath and located next to the river Avon. Car park opposite which isn't cheap at all but ideally located.
Hotel decorated beautifully, bar and restaurant really lovely. Staff lovely. Food was lovely too although felt the menu a little small for choice.
Room that we're had was really good in size, lovely spacious bathroom and a good sized shower.
My birthday was very special so thank you for being part of the celebrations.

Great location for city centre and attractions. 5 minutes from train station. Lovely greeting on arrival and had luggage taken to room while we explored Bath. Room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great and had a good night sleep. Breakfast was nice with good selection. Would recommend

I stayed in the ground floor rooms near the gym. Superb aesthetic inkeeping with the age of the room. Everything was supplied including free hot and cold drinks. I have had better English breakfasts but it wasn't bad. The continental was fresh and delicious. Bed was great. Struggled a little with the lights as when in bed I couldn't turn all the lights off which was odd. Shower was great

We stayed for two nights my wife's birthday and our friends joined us for the second night. All of us were struck by the excellent service we received. We were extremely grateful for the room upgrades. This impressed my friends who are now considering joining IHG.

Emily was the first person we met on entering the hotel. She was helpful, friendly, and totally professional.

Finn was great and served an excellent dry martini. And Guilliam (William), Our French waiter was attentive, courteous and helpful.

Our rooms were wonderful and we would not hesitate to stay again if we visit Bath.

The food was superb and this includes the gluten-free options for breakfast and dinner.

Well done to everyone at the Hotel Indigo in Bath. Thank you.

Second visit to this hotel and absolutely loved it. Location is great centre of Bath with everything within easy walking distance. We booked valet parking which is really convenient and well worth the extra cost.

Lovely greeting from receptionist and concierge and faultless check in before being shown to our room which was lovely. Room as before very comfortable and very clean. Warm and cosy with adequate beverages including water and juice.

Breakfast was cooked to order and lovely with fairly good choice of pastries etc. including lovely home made flapjacks. We didn’t use the restaurant but used the bar each evening of our stay. Good service and very relaxing after a busy day.

Having stayed numerous places in Bath over the past few years this Hotel is by far the best for all round service comfort and convenience. Wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else now.

Great hotel with beautiful rooms. Free minibar was a nice touch. Really nice bar and restaurant areas. Well located on the River Avon and within walking distance of all of the main attractions in Bath. Very helpful staff. Will definitely be back!

Lovely boutique hotel. Good location near Bath Spa station, easy access to town and quiet at night. The hotel is made of a few town houses joined together. Interior design is sensitively implemented - a good blend of classic and modern without being over the top. My room was beautifully laid out, had all mod cons and a good shower. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Recommended for a special visit (or indeed any visit) to Bath.

Excellent location, superb service and fabulous rooms. We were greeted by Heidi, on arrival and checked in promptly. Heidi seemed to always be around during our stay and was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was amazing value for money- what a great selection on offer to suit all tastes and diets. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms beautifully decorated and very cosy with everything available. The building itself was so beautiful and only a short walk to the facilities in Bath. We also had a couple of Singapore Sling’s pre dinner, in the bar. Here we received great, professional service too. Definitely will return and recommend.
