This hotel does everything so well. The environment is relaxed, very clean and welcoming. The staff are exceptional nothing is too much trouble. They are polite professional and pleasant at all times. The housekeepers do a wonderful job. The restaurant staff are also to be praised for their professionalism and commitment to giving excellent service to all guests.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the Indigo. Honestly nothing is too much trouble. They are always curious, respectful, professional and very supportive.

The hotel is kept very clean, room service is second to none and the restaurant is wonderful. Great service experienced every time without fail from both catering and serving staff.

I would highly recommend this hotel l believe it is the best in Coventry.

I really liked the hotel in terms of decor and comfort. Great check in and let me have access to my room well before check in . Loved the touches in the hotel that related to Coventry’s history. Super convenient for the station. Two things that weren’t great: was staying Sunday night and told the restaurant closes at 4pm ! The only option was the room service menu which I could eat in the bar- but it is extremely limited. Also heating in the room was quite hard to get to an ideal temperature. Would stay again mainly for the convenience of location .

We were visiting family in Coventry from the US and encountered a flat tire on our way from London and unfortunately arrived very late. We called to let them know we were arriving late with the car on a tow truck and when we arrived the GM let us park the car in the spot she was parked in right out front of the hotel until the morning when we could get the tire fixed. It was such a blessing after a rough journey on the road. All staff was extremely friendly and they even gave us a nice room upgrade. Location can't be beat with proximity to everything in the city center we could walk to.

We came to stay for 3 nights and received a warm welcome. Took a little while to check in (new starter) but she did very well. We were on the first floor, one room near the lift for my mum who needs a walking aid and the other room 2 doors away, situated across from the gym. Not ideal for a light sleeper as you can here the door closing from very early morning. The rooms themselves are lovely, nicely decorated and the bathroom is excellent, shower is perfect, always clean towels available. Staff are all friendly, breakfast nice and fresh food. Toilets are clean and contain great art work by Katie O. Just a really overall lovely hotel and would definitely return and recommend.

Really pleased with our choice. The room was decorated nicely and showed no signs of wear and tear. The room had a fridge and safe, Hair Drier, Ironing board, complimentary water, soft drinks tea and coffee. (Coffee bags) The hotel corridors are clean and brightly lit.
It is in a great location. 10 minutes walk from city centre and 3 or 4 minutes from the railway multi storey car park. It is not a problem with car parking as we had discounted fees. We did not use the bar or restaurant sadly and we would have liked to. We would stay again at this hotel given a chance so we could sample the food.

What a lovely hotel. Great location next to the train station and only a short walk into town.
Station car park is only £10/24hrs and hotel offers discounted rate too (£6/24 hrs).I could come and go from car park as needed for the 3 days there.
Room was amazing! I was lucky to get a suite 🤩
Food and drinks fab. I now want a wine wall!
Gym was nice too.
But for me it was the way the team here looked after our group. Nothing was too much bother and we felt looked after.
Special shout out to Kaz on reception, he was so nice and attentive.
Great work from everyone.
My only suggestion for even better - offer food specials for variety and menu all day. Sometimes I just want a sandwich at 8pm - not a steak.. But that’s the only thing I can say.

From walking into until sadly leaving we had a fab stay at this hotel a stones throw from the railway station. All the staff are super friendly from front of house through to the bar staff. great selection of beers in the bar & at breakfast. Our premium room was spacious, well layout, and bed very comfortable. All in all great stay and will be back.
