I love this hotel and the restaurant. I didn’t stay at the hotel this time, I ate in the restaurant and had drinks. The food is consistently good with great Halal options on the menu. The staff are always so kind and accommodating. Most have worked there for many years and are all passionate about their workplace. This is seen through the wonderful service they deliver. The location is beautiful with the bar and restaurant looking out onto the river with unobstructed views. I will continue to come here regularly as it’s such a great place and never disappoints.

Phenomenal staff! So helpful and friendly. Visited by myself and was overwhelmed by how kind and hardworking the staff are hear! This is what makes it a five star hotel.|Room was amazing large couldn't believe the size of the bathroom massive! |Amazing view! ? |Outside area and bar was fantastic too overlooking the Thames. |Spa area and gym was great ? |Only down fall was rooftop not being open due to maintenance work! But would highly recommend people staying here! Well worth a visit!

I recently celebrated my birthday with my wife at the Rafayel Hotel Spa in London, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel’s location by the Thames is perfect, offering stunning views. Our room exceeded expectations, with top-notch cleanliness and beautifully maintained decor.

The staff, particularly those at reception, were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also dined at the hotel's restaurant, Banyan on the Thames, which was a delight. The Indian cuisine was exceptional, with flavours that were both authentic and refined.

Overall, I can’t recommend Rafayel Hotel Spa highly enough. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning ?

This is my second visit to London and given my experience at Hotel Rafayel in 2023, I considered it one of the best hotel in London. Its location is ideal if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable area to spend your time, be it a vacation or on business.

I am impressed with the layout of the spacious rooms over looking the beautiful river and the fact that they are all outfitted with high technology and environmentally friendly.

The facilities at the hotel consist of a riverside restaurant offering great food and drinks, spa, gym and conference facilities, which I enjoyed immensely. The friendly service by the staff throughout the facility is very commendable.

I have to visit again in 2025 and already decided to book my rooms before I leave in the next couple of days!

My stay at Rafayel was excellent. The rooms were very well organized, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and they helped whenever I needed. Location wise, the hotel had amazing view of the Thames River. It was also easy to get by in terms of transportation. Would definetly visit again! 5/5!

Delighted to have found this hotel. Service here is excellent and I particularly recommend the restaurant. The choice of food and the quality of food is way above anything I have experienced in a hotel restaurant before. The room is large and very comfortable with it beautiful view of the Thames .Staff are Wonderfully helpful and overall, this is a five star experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

An amazing gem of a hotel! Nothing like your average Holiday Inn at all. The rooms are MASSIVE with beds, sofas, huge cupboards, a bar and a table to work from (if required). The bathroom was also huge with a separate bath and double shower, toilet and bidet. The Staff were lovely and very helpful, and the rooms were immaculate. Oh, and new coffee, tea, etc was replaced daily. I'll definitely use this hotel again - well worth every penny!

Nice hotel, had a very spacious deluxe room on ground floor but not much privacy, you hsve to close the blinds so not much natural light. Room was fabulous, large bathroom and bedroom. Spa nice. Gym nice hut swimming pool ridiculously small. Second visit to this hotel. Didn't eat dinner there as to expensive. Can get bus to local restaurants. Lovely river view,/ walk when weather nice. Breakfast ok.|Had a good stay. Parking nearby for free after 6.30pm and weekends.
