Myself, husband and the dog had a lovely stay here. Room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Location was very good for getting around the local area and there are some lovely pubs and a reservoir within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even made sure our little dog got his own sausage for breakfast each morning. The food was cooked to order and very good quality both breakfast and evening meals. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, the bed was very comfortable!

I'll be honest, I didn't expect much for the price of the room. But I did expect abit more.
It is really dated and in desperate need of a face lift.
The room first of all. The carpet in the room was stained. The bathroom sink had a few long hairs in it. The shower pressure could only be compared to a dribble. The bed was okay but the room as a whole did not feel clean.

Breakfast the next morning was a shambles. I strongly recommend that you make a buffet style breakfast as we waited over 40 minutes for our breakfast order for a member of staff to come over to us and say "have you had yours yet?". Also, I could see that the staff were visibly stressed due to the ridiculous system. Just let people help themselves as there wasn't even many options on the menu anyway. The member of staff did apologise for the wait and give us a part refund, which is appreciated but still, shouldn't of happened in the first place. She also was slightly rude as we were trying to talk to her and she just walked away mid sentence.

The only thing that saves this place is the reception staff. They were lovely.

As a whole, our stay was fine and served a purpose. But only fine.

1st stay here. We arrived early to park the car. The manageress organised a taxi for us to the rugby.
Room clean. Breakfast was nice. Staff were all nice.

A clean and fresh room with very comfortable bed and soft towels.
Very quiet environment.
Hotel is in the vicinity of good restaurants and pubs.

Had a lovely stay with my partner last week. Staff couldn't do enough for us. The hotel was in a lovely rural location but a close drive to local amenities. It was quiet during our stay, which was fine with us.
Breakfast was very nice, however, portions could be larger. Overall, a nice stay, could hear owls at night which was a nice touch. Dog enjoyed. Will be back again. Many thanks!

Worst hotel I have stayed in , food was awful and over priced . The room had hair on the beds and was dirty taps didn’t work properly. Needs serious work

I loved my recent stay at hotel St Pierre. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were hygienic and felt warm and inviting. And the surrounding area is magnificent too. Breakfast was superb - i’d suggest you try their omelettes. Highly recommend !

The rooms are smart, clean and have everything you need. Everything looked new. TV on wall, decent amount of plug sockets (in sensible places), some with USB. The WiFi was good and a small desk ideal for doing some work. Found the bed to be comfortable. I arrived at night and found the staff to be really friendly, polite and efficient. There were still plenty of parking spaces available, and you just log your car in at reception. Breakfast was good (I had full English, and there other things you can help yourself to). Would stay again.
