Great experience from meeting & discussing our needs with Grace in the showroom. She is very knowledgeable & friendly and explained pro's & cons around the different seating arrangements / sizes etc.
She talked us through the whole process from Buying / installation and after care service.

We would like to write a small review for HotSpring as I think they are just fabulous! Many thanks to Sue for helping us out on our journey to buy and install our new Azure Hot tub! it's fantastic and so easy to use and it's really well made and so much more insulated that our older lazy spa. If you're considering one of these I would say drop in and speak to Sue and she will help you make a really good choice! Sue - we will pop in soon and pick some more bits for the tub soon! thank you so much for all your help and support. What a great company! From the very first enquiry to the store at Ivybridge we have been extremely pleased with the service and support received. In particular I would like to say a special thank you to Sue and Grace who always had time to explain some of the finer details of how the hot tub works and the chemical requirements etc. This was our first hot tub purchased in November 23 so we were a bit wary about using it but I cannot fault the support given at all times. Nothing has been too much trouble even for after sales service. I would highly recommend Hot Spring. Thank you again for the great service.

Bought our hot tub from here in 2018. We received 1st class service from the start and years on we are still returning as regular customers for maintenance and chemicals. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or replace a hard shell hot tub. They also have try before you buy in store which is an added bonus.

Another visit to see our favourite hot tub people. 10 years after our relay hot tub was delivered, it’s still our go to place for our accessories. Always greeted with a smile and receive a real personal service. Recommended to a friend and got £100 for doing so 💗 if we ever need another one, I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else, you really do get what you pay for.

Sue and the team at Plymouth Hotsprings made purchasing our new Beam hot tub enjoyable and easy.
Everything went smoothly and the installation team were very good and explained everything we needed to know. The team at Plymouth Hotsprings are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help should you need it.

We've had our new Flair hot tub since February this year (2022) and I have to say the service from first walking into the showroom, to delivery and post delivery has been second to none.
I did several hours of general hot tub research before I even approached HotSpring and I'm glad i did, you pay for quality and the hot tubs from HotSpring are that, but excellent customer service.....thats free in the grand scheme of things and their service is excellent!!
Huge thanks to Liene and Sue at the Plymouth branch and to the gents who delivered the tub - some of the best customer service I've ever received.
