I opted for the Aria and was tempted away from a very well known alternative brand given HotSpring’s ease of maintenance, features and quality of the moto-massage dx jets. The hot tub is sublime and a worthy investment, my partner and I are looking forward to many years of relaxing days and evenings ahead and we have many friends in line waiting to use it!

We have not just been happy with the hot tub itself, but with the excellent service we have received since then whenever we have had a question or a concern. The staff have always responded to us promptly and helped us out when we needed advice.

I purchased my Beam Hot Tub from Mark Noble at Hot Springs Sevenoaks about 3 years ago.The Hot tub has been great and any issues that I have had Mark is only a phone call away.The Hot tub is great but the after service that Mark provides is excellent, he is always there to help.I would definitely recommend Hot Springs Sevenoaks if you were thinking of getting a Hot Tub.

My wife was on the internet looking at hot tubs and come across Swim Spa. Intrigued with what she had found we searched the web to see where we could view one. We came across these guys who we could see had been around for sometime and invited you to try before you buy. Due to COVID we booked an appointment to go along to view June 2020. Mark was waiting and gave us a very warm welcome. We advised that we had just come to have a look as we were looking into buying something in the future but this didn’t change our experience in anyway. He went through everything from all the different products to installation as well as the customer back up which is very important to us. We wanted to know that someone will always be there. My son and I tried out a couple of the products that day but due to time allocation Mark advised us to come back. Well we did go back and I am happy to say that we were so impressed with the professional way we had been treated my wife and I ordered x2000 swi spa and my son a hot tub. That’s what you get for good customer experience!! My son got his tub within a few weeks but we knew that our item was not going to be delivered until earliest September but we were happy to wait. Unfortunately due to the pandemic our wait got longer and longer but this is where it pays to go with a good company Mark kept us in the loop with everything that was going on and did his best to give us a better experience than what we were having at the time. Obviously we were disappointed but we knew we were going to get a good product at the end of it. We eventually got our delivery date of 26th January 2021 and I am happy to say we have had it for just over a month now and it has changed our well-being already even thou we have had snow we have used it everyday and can’t wait until we can have our family and friends over to enjoy our swim spa. Thank you Mark for all your help from start to finish. Fitters and Crane man you were brillibrilliant thank you.

Visited the showroom at Coolings Lifestyle with the intention of taking a look, wanting to replace our 4 year old inflatable Maldives.
Not seriously looking just getting Ideas, speaking with John and Mark we were offered a wet test which sold it for us, made things just go smoothly and what do you know 5 weeks later we have a new tub installed at a great price.
Mark came and visited today ensuring we were happy with the delivery, Chemicals & water safety. I could not ask for more !!

Great experience with hotspring world Sevenoaks, lovely team and very accommodating.

The hot tub is pure bliss, I can not highly recommend one enough and hsw made the sales process trouble free.

I did have some slight issues with getting hold of the team at Sevenoaks however I believe this was linked to unforeseen staff sickness which can’t be helped however the team across the UK whichever branch you contact were amazing and supportive.

Mark has been great and ray over at Chelmsford who tells you how it is and just a very honest guy. delivery was slightly delayed as expected in this covid world but the team bent backwards to accommodate an earlier delivery date.

I have no complaints and I highly recommend them. Don’t hesitate, get yourself a proper hot tub. Don’t waste your time on these blow up things that last 2 minutes.
