Hello Judith and Maggie,||||Thanks for your welcome, we throughly enjoyed our return visit to Arundel House. ||Centrally located with well appointed rooms and a comfortable setting it's what has brought us back to Arundel for South Downs walking.||Feedback for your welcome notes to help other guests:||1. Castle Car Park has changed its payment app to "Sippi". Looks very recent with new signage still being completed.||2. Suggest pointing out in notes that to activate door keypad, you need to cover whole screen with hand to bring to life and enter code....this has initially caught me out on both visits when just trying to press with single finger.||||Thnaks again for the warm welcome to your house.

This was our fourth visit and we were not disappointed. We received a warm welcome and as it was my birthday there were balloons and chocolates waiting for us in the Duke, our favourite room. The bed is comfortable though you do need steps to get into it!! As loved using the sitting room after dinner for a coffee or a drink which makes you feel you are staying in a home and not a hotel.

A great experience from start to finish.
Easy to park nearby and located in the heart of Arundel.
A lovely welcome upon arrival and friendly interactions at all times.
Wonderful small touches like fresh milk available and an honesty bar.
Very comfortable and cozy room with a fantastic bed.
We both slept very well.
We will not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at House in Arundel. Maggie was always on hand to help in any way she could and made us feel at home. Situated in the heart of Arundel, perfect for exploring our beautiful surroundings and parking was easy & not overly expensive. Hotel & room was spotlessly clean and loved the little extra touches that were included. Couldn’t have asked for more!

We were welcomed by Maggie who showed us to our room and gave recommendations for the area. The hotel and room were great. Comfy bed, great shower with tea and coffee making facilities. The only negative were the creaky floorboards from the room above us. Ear plugs ensured a good nights sleep.

We returned to House Arundel as an ideal place to overnight having spent the day at the races at Footwell Racecourse. As before the accommodation was excellent, and spotlessly clean. We were also made welcome by Maggie, who was very friendly and informative in respect of the options available for our evening in Arundel.
