We booked a one bedroom apartment for a family of four.||Negatives - Apartment could do with a little updating. Bathroom sink had a large crack in it, some marks to the walls and ceilings, especially the bedroom ceiling.||No plug socket near a mirror, making it difficult to dry/style hair.||Inconsiderate parking by other guests making it difficult to enter and exit the building with a disability buggy. We would also ask for an apartment on a lower floor next time.||Positives - Beautiful building, modern apartment with plenty of space. Very comfortable, we all slept well. Lovely touch having the milk, butter, crumpets etc. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.||Fantastic location. We really enjoyed using the off site Swimming pool with the passes we were given. It's great to have this option. We would stay here again. ||Loved the Seafarers restaurant around the corner, the food were delicious and staff were lovely.

Just returned from 2 nights at this lovely hotel. Had a great time. Very dog friendly providing dog covers for bed, dog bowl and mat. Rooms very clean providing toiletries. Breakfast fantastic and owner and staff very accommodating. Already booked for next year, gem of a place.

We were so impressed with our apartment for the night. Very clean, comfortable and cosy. Everything we needed for our stay was provided, from toiletries in the bathroom to milk in the fridge! ||The location was excellent, with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants/takeaways within easy walking distance. ||Service was also fab. I managed to drop my wedding and engagement rings down the bathroom sink plug on a Saturday night 🙈🙈but this was dealt with swiftly and a maintenance man was at the apartment at 10.30am the next day (a Sunday!) and retrieved them for me. Very impressed! ||We will definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend to others!! 👍👍

Very spacious, stayed in an apartment here and it was great. The bathroom was a decent size, the bed was very comfortable and easy to fall asleep in. Windows open nice and wide to allow for good airflow if needed, was staying on the very top floor so had quite the work out carrying bags up the stairs. Breakfast pack of orange juice, crumpets and other things which was really nice, would recommend this place.

We had really high expectations, having read some fantastic reviews on here. However, having paid a not so cheap £376 for 3 nights stay (2 adults and a baby) we were left quite disappointed....|Positives:|- The aparthotels (which are on 2 sites on opposite sides of the road) are close to the town centre. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance. |- The ground floor apartment we had was handy when unloading all the essentials a baby needs to travel with. (If you can get parked in the car park which fits 4 cars....)|- The apartment was spacious and pretty clean. |Negatives:|- Located on a busy, noisy road, which you can hear all night (especially on a Saturday).|- Drafty apartment- and no curtains up in the bedroom to block out the draft from the windows (they were in a heap in the wardrobe) - not good with a baby sleeping in a travel cot at the foot of the bed! Also an awful draft from the front door - I resorted to using my coat as a draft excluder! |- Awful noise from the water cistern every time anyone in the apartment above flushed the toilet. This was so loud in the middle of the night I jumped out of bed the first time I heard it! |- Apartments are only serviced ‘on request’. A bin full of nappies doesn’t smell nice after a day or two so we had to go and buy bin bags and sort it ourselves. Also, no soap in the bathroom and not even a tea towel to dry any washing up. Very poor considering the price we paid. |All in all, I was left feeling like the ‘boutique’ aparthotel experience was really lacking. Such a shame when there is so much potential there.

I stayed for one night with my dog in a garden apartment when I was visiting a friend on my way from Scotland to Wales. ||The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located for a walk in the beach. ||Breakfast was hot and freshly prepared with friendly staff who gave the dog a fuss and a treat. ||I would definitely stay again if I wanted a hotel in Lytham.

Dispute over price advertised and charged. Taxes etc added. Top floor apartment. Lovely Victorian house, great hallway. Stair carpet dirty and ill fitting in places. Big, comfy, clean beds. Sparse furniture otherwise. Three TVs. Small towels. Dirty carpets, some torn. Few cooking utensils so difficult to make a meal, only warm ups -no chopping board, no eggcups, no oven dishes no cafetiere, no wine glasses, only pans, plates, mugs, glasses and dishes... A squirt of washing up liquid left, no sponge, brush or tea towel, no dishwasher , had to go buy sponge and use towel as teatowel. Two small cartons of cereal and a pint of milk plus teabags and sachets of instant coffee. Small bathroom, small shower cubicle. Small, cramped car park. Good location opposite park, less than five mins to beach, shops, etc. Use the address, not the postcode given on your satnav. Overall disappointing given some reviews and the price charged.

We stayed for just 1 night, but the apartment was great; very clean, large, modern and in a good location in St Anne's. Staff friendly and helpful. A very short walk to the local pub and a 25 minute bus ride to Blackpool.
