We have stayed here four times now with our two little dogs who got their own bespoke breakfasts. Nothing is too much trouble for sue and her staff.|The rooms are extremely well appointed and very warm and comfortable. |Breakfast is excellent and more than enough to keep you going till lunch.|A five minute walk to the beach and the dogs love it.|Immaculately clean throughout the rooms are spacious and welcoming.

Friendly welcome at this lovely hotel in St Annes - central location with shopping and the pier/beach only a couple of minutes' walk away, and frequent buses to Lytham and Preston in one direction, Starr Gate (for trams) and Blackpool in the other. I stayed in room 14 on the top floor, which was spotlessly clean and well presented with everything working as it should. Being a Victorian building, there are stairs to climb - no issue for me but one to be aware of. The only minor downsides (and not this hotel's fault) was a disco at the hotel next door that went on until after midnight, and the great British weather - high winds and rain don't make for a great seaside night out. The breakfast was particularly good, well prepared with plenty of choice. In all a good experience, and somewhere I'd choose to stay again.

We love staying here, over the years we have overnighted loads of times and each visit is 100%. House is gorgeous especially now as it's beautifully decorated for Christmas. All the staff are attentive, polite and really friendly. Rooms are perfect, we always ask for our favourite for our little dog. Breakfast is really tasty, bacon, sausage and bread are good quality. Can't wait to stay again next year x

Super Stay - Highly recommend ||We stayed with our dog in August for our wedding anniversary. What a fabulous hotel. We stayed in room 1 which had patio doors onto the communal garden which was ideal for our dog. Lovely decorated and very clean, and a surprise bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our Anniversary which was a fantastic touch. Breakfast was fabulous and even better we could take our dog. There is a small car park at the front of the property. Not far from shops, restaurants and the beach. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Excellent spot for a break. Parking is a bit tight. Not suitable for large vehicles. See google maps. They love dogs πŸ™‚

Stayed here end of October into November for 1 night. Good night sleep, excellent breakfast, very clean, what more do you need. Will definitely be coming back. Lots of parking nearby if car park full. The lady on reception advised us where to go for food, which is a couple of minutes away, as is the seafront.
