Turkey is Overcooked and hard as rock. Not enough staff on so long wait and pore guy is having to run back and forth between serving and paying. Also the same turkey has been served for the past 4 days. You need to do better

Little hidden gem located in Downtown Collingwood, this Michelin Star restaurant offers you all your heart could desire. The menu changes with little warning, meaning that it's a new adventure with every visit. ❤️

3 former BBC Masterchef winners run the kitchen, ensuring that every mouthful is a bouquet of flavours which will blow your mind. 🤯
After each sitting, your taste buds will crave a holiday to recover from awesome experience.

Would highly recommend to anybody that is visiting, or just passing through Downtown Collingwood.....This will be a meal that will be stamped into your memories. ✌️

It's a mess. As in a place service personnel eat. As with most things in the service, this has had the guts ripped out of it so it performs at a poor standard with what little it has left. The staff do their best but you know they feel defeated by a lack of options. Food frequently runs out, some of the options don't make sense. A highlight is seeing the cashier operate two tills at once.

Galley scran from ESS, it is what you'd expect. Retail options are nicer but dearer - shame the price isn't reflexive of rank. Good atmosphere in the hall, news is always on + is well lit + clean. Staff are all lovely, nice to see some RN Chefs working in the kitchen now too. Only areas to improve would be making sure food isn't left too long under the heat lamps as is I found some food to be quite dry.

Michelin star worthy! The scrumptious, stupendous confectionery that is delicately hand crafted by the highly skilled master chefs in the kitchen is considered a delicacy!

Disgraceful food but the staff are okay. The prices in the shop in the same food hall which is also run by ESS are scandalous.
