Just lovely. V friendly. Has 3 pin EV chargers. Great base for the broads and Norwich. Even golf if you like that sort of thing.

Great location. Hotel, spa, gym,pool and golf courses are excellent. Sports bar drinks are pricey. Sports bar food is very good. Brasserie is poor value for money.( Too expensive for what you get) Holiday apartments are well equipped and ideally situated with views across the golf course. However neighbour noise is dreadful due to the poor build quality. You can hear people closing doors, dragging chairs across the floor and talking as if it was in the next room.

Played the valley course on Sunday afternoon. Good time to play as not to busy. They have an offer on if booked with a member so well worth a look. The course was in excellent condition. Fairways were perfect with excellent greens too. Credit to the green keepers on such an great job.

Quire good accommodation and surroundings. Up to usual HPB high standard However the sports area is mainly out of bounds for me. Steps everywhere, no lifts and the pool rather small and inaccessible. No good for my disabilities. I appreciate that HPB is tacked onto the the Hotel & Spa, so not their responsibility. However one of the reasons that we booked this site was the facilities. So bitterly disappointed that they are out of my reach.

Had a meal in the restaurant, very good but terribly expensive for what it was.

We had booked to come again, but due to disabled (or lack of) facilities plus the fact that I have a major impending operation we have now cancelled.

The HPB holiday lets had excellent and well maintained apartments with lovely views!

Lots of leisure facilities for a small family such as tennis courts, a fitness gym, swimming pool (double check the children swimming times when you arrive), sauna, gardens and lovely walking/cycling areas.. the golf course is also very nice.. 🙂

Close to lots of beautiful locations in Norfolk.

We had a 3 night stay at HPB Barnham Broom Norfolk. We had a very nice time we used the Gym and Swimming Pool and ate in the Sports Bar and Brassiere. Primarily this resort is for Golf some of my pictures will show the course from our lodge. The Brassiere was good we enjoyed the food maybe a bit pricey however the service and quality of food was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This location is in the Norfolk countryside and not to far from Norwich.

Warm friendly greeting from Katie even tho we arent guests but in nearby apartments. Much appreciated iced water on reception desk(32 degrees all way from Yorshire)Delicious lamb koftas and prawn avocado salad last night in Sports bar washed down with cool lager and red wine...fabulous. Thank you all.
