A great HPB property in a great location that will be even better when the swimming pool is finished (in 2025?).

Can't speak highly enough, accommodation is perfect, location and views stunning! Lots to do locally outdoors with kids but on a rainy day might be struggling after 2-3 days. Love this area of the country and HPB always a great place to stay.

A great location for exploring Shropshire with easy access to Ludlow and Church Stretton, for example.

Apartments are well furnished and in good order, making it the perfect getaway

Great long weekend at Upper Norton. An area we had not really visited previously but so well placed for Ludlow, Shrewsbury and great walking countryside. Will certainly revisit. Accommodation was immaculate as always and staff very helpful.

I was very disappointed with the property during our recent visit to Upper Norton, standards had dropped since our last visit in 2020.
We have been staying at HPB properties for more than 25yrs & I was always hopeful that they would ensure the overall package stayed superior to other holiday letting companies but they have now fallen significantly behind for the following reasons:
1) No coffee machine in property.
2) Inferior quality pots & pans & no proper microwave cooking containers.
3) The frying pan provided was scratched & had lost most of its non-stick covering.
4) knives provided too blunt to cut the Sunday joint or slice a lemon for a gin & tonic.
5) The inferior laminate flooring felt tacky underfoot throughout most of the property.
6) Cottage still had an old TV in the property & the site management have no plans to upgrade TV’s to include digital steaming even though there were frequent complaints from other residents.
It is good that this site will have a swimming pool soon but the site management need to improve the existing package too.

Really lovely property, we stayed here with my parents in law for seven nights, No 8, double room, twin room and 2 bathrooms & self-catering. Excellent dog friendly place, mix of families and couples.

Small field for dogs plus great local walks you can download (via HPB) which take you around the quiet country lanes.

There's also loads and loads to do locally, from Shrewsbury and Ironbridge (full days) to Stokesay Castle and Weobley (1/2 days).

Recommend the Black & White trail as a good tour of villages.

Note turning in for HPB heading out from Craven (on right) is a little hidden.
