We stayed for one night whilst attending the evening reception of our friends daughter's wedding at Willow Marsh Farm. From arrival to departure Nicki was sn amazing host. Nothing was too much trouble, even loaning my wife one of her shawls to wear for the wedding reception.|The property is stunning and well maintained. There are may beautiful ornaments and paintings both in the communial areas and the bedrooms. |We used ADT taxis to transport us to the venue, which is only a couple of miles away. They have an excellent app. This was one of the firms recommended by Nicki.|Thank you Nicki for letting us stay in your beautiful home and being an amazing host.

This is such a fantastic place to stay.
We stayed here as a ( adult )family of four using three rooms, the Cambridge suite, the wysall room and the pink room ( which is a single bedded room).
Nicky was lovely and managed to accommodate our daughter who joined us at short notice for a wedding nearby.
Nicky gave us tea coffee and shortbread ( yummy) on arrival and we also took tea in the garden on the Sunday morning before breakfast as it was such a beautiful day.
The breakfast was delicious.
A buffet of
fresh fruit and cereals and yoghurt with a choice of full English breakfast to follow or smoked salmon.
Absolutely beautiful house with a lovely host.
Would definitely return again and would recommend.

Have just returned home from a fantastic night away, celebrating my parent’s 40th wedding anniversary. ||We had booked a trip on the Great Central Railway and decided only a couple of weeks before that we would also try and stay locally too and make a weekend of it.||I googled the area and came across Hrempis Farm and thought it looked beautiful. But for a peak date in August I thought we had no hope of getting a couple of rooms. But I sent an enquiry anyway.||Nicki got back to me very quickly to say she had 2 rooms/suites available that night. Perfect!||Over the next couple of weeks Nicki responded quickly and courteously to my email enquiries and my requests. |I had a banner sent to her house so she could put it in my mum and dad’s room. She also offered to drop us to the station for our train journey (I should’ve taken her up on it as I took us to the wrong station and we nearly missed the train!)||The house and gardens are absolutely stunning and inside it is quite clearly a home but also felt like a stately manor and museum rolled in to one. I was absolutely in love with it! Lots of beautiful books, magazines, antiques and furniture.||Our room had a four poster bed and the bathroom had a gorgeous roll top bath. |My mum and dad’s room on the top floor had a separate sitting area/office/library. And their room and bed were large and also had another sofa in it.||Nicki gave us an early check in of 11am which was much appreciated so We had time for a quick coffee before we set off for the (wrong) station. Even the coffee was beautifully served.||We came back to freshen up before going back out to dinner. Had a lovely walk in the garden, beautiful grounds. Nicki had given us a key in case she was out. ||When we got home from dinner we played a game of snooker (albeit, badly) and then retired to bed.||The duvet and pillows were so comfortable.||Breakfast was where it was truly fantastic. The other guests had left earlier so we had the breakfast room/table to ourselves. The sideboard had a selection of cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt and compote. Juices, tea and coffee was on the beautifully laid table.||Then Nicki bought out fresh, warm croissants and toast. And then we all had a delicious cooked breakfast. Mum chose to have smoked salmon and scrambled eggs as opposed to a full English. All the food was delicious and we were truly stuffed! ||Was a really lovely finish to our stay and highly recommend spending a night or 2 here. Nicki was lovely and gave us the space in her home but was on hand if we needed anything. Thank you, it was what we all needed.

Fabulous guest house run by Nicki who greeted us with the best cake and tea I've eaten in a long time. Comfortable bed and great shower in wonderfully eclectic rooms. The breakfast was amazing; what a spread! Dog friendly. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Myself and three friends stayed at Hrempis Farm as we were attending a wedding nearby, and we couldn't have had a more perfect stay. We were greeted by Nicki, the host, on the Friday evening and immediately felt at home. We had a tour of the beautiful house and were welcomed with a glass of wine on arrival. Breakfast in the morning was an amazing array of granolas, bircher muesli, jams and compotes that Nicki had made herself. Accompanied by croissants, fresh toast, and a choice of traditional English breakfast, or smoked salmon and eggs. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms clean and all towels and robes provided. The entire stay we felt thoroughly pampered and would recommend anybody wanting to stay in the area this bed and breakfast.

Our family of 4 spent one night at Hrempis Farm in their Cambridge Suite. The house is beautiful and really large. Our suite was very private, at the end of a corridor with our own bathroom. Nicky is an amazing hostess and put on a stunning breakfast, absolutely everything to eat you could possibly wish for, all set in a beauitful dining room with roaring fire and large windows. Would highly recommend.

Stayed at hrempis farm for 1 night as we were at a wedding nearby. Nicky was brilliant. A very warm welcome and was lovely throughout. The cooked breakfast was amazing! The house is stunning. We stayed in the stanford suite which was very clean and comfortable and the library looked incredible. Would definitely recommend

The website doesn't do this gem justice! A stunning period "farmhouse" ie rural townhouse! Decorated in exquisite English eclectic style (with Napoleonic flourishes) the rooms are large, we got the attic room with its own library! The breakfast was I think the best we've had at any bnb. And meeting Nicki is worth the trip alone, she even opened up the snooker room for us! We can't wait to return and visit the community run local pub, do another walk in the countryside, and finish off with a taster menu dinner at the nearby Hammer and Pincers. The perfect weekend...
