I've already done a quick review about the amenities but now feel more qualified to review the entertainment. The entertainment team really are quite fantastic. The quality of the shows they put on for the young and old is excellent. We were here with our twin 2 year old grand kids and they thoroughly enjoyed the shows and interactions with the cast members and characters. Just witnessed an absolutely fabulous production of Beauty and the Beast. |Special mention goes out to Kaitlyn , Caitlin along with Kirby who made our grandkids feel so special.

Stayed at No:6 Deer Lodge, the view was stunning, the Lodge had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The park is huge, lots on offer, to keep kids entertained outdoor activities, Pub, Pizza, pool & amusements. Both onsite Pub food experiences was a no go, twice we got as far as ordering and twice we were left sat to be told the kitchen had run out of gas leaving us no option but to go back into Dunoon for take away, or second time the pizza was open.

Fantastic holiday park in stunning surroundings. Well kept grounds with plenty to do onsite. We stayed in a caravan which was immaculate! All mod cons, two WAS. Very comfortable stay. Only issue was we had to wait till exactly 4pm to check in (although other visitors were being checked in before us). And we had a couple of power surges on the first day, so had to reset the breaker outside, but other than that a brilliant stay!

Overall me and my family had a great time, we arrived on Monday. My children enjoyed dunoon, and the arcade and entertainment on Tuesday, and Thursday, although the power was off in the main building on Wednesday, we still found other ways to enjoy our break. Hats off to the receptionists in Wednesday and Thursday… if can’t be easy dealing with complaints like this! They were very understanding and helpful, special thanks to - Ashlin in the restaurant - she was so welcoming and lovely, and the reception Michell, Mya, and Harlie, for trying their best to help everyone.

We have just returned from what was supposed to be a four night stay at Hunters Quay, but ended up being six nights as we enjoyed it so much! As we've recently driven to Scotland we thought we'd save a bit of driving and got the ferry from Gourock, and we were so glad we did as the ferry terminal is literally 5 minutes away from the site.

First impressions of the site were great, scenic surroundings, very tidy park and the accommodation (Gold 2 Bed Caravan) was very nice too. During our stay we made use of the pool 3 times and our kids loved it, and it was free to use with no time limit.

There's so much to do to keep the kids entertained and they loved the site so much. I just want to give a special mention to the entertainment team who were
all just fantastic, and one of the main reasons we have booked again for the summer! The evening entertainment was fantastic, especially the cinematic show, and we thought they were so much better than the guest acts that were on. I just hope it's the same team when we return!
Dunoon nearby has everything you could need, and there's also some really scenic drives nearby for if you want to feel like you're in the middle of nowhere.

Overall a great break, and we can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful experience thanks to our waitress, Ashlin. From the moment we were seated, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly. She made excellent recommendations from the menu, checked in with us at just the right times, and ensured our drinks were never empty. What really stood out was how helpful she was—accommodating special requests without hesitation and making sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Ashlin’s warm demeanor and professionalism truly enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommend asking for her if you get the chance!

Our caravan was spotless, with all amenities you could want including a dishwasher plus there was toiletries and kitchen equipment aplenty. En suite to the main bedroom and lots of room for six people.

On site shop has the emergency things you need, Papa Johns there for that much needed pizza treat. The site is well maintained.

The entertainment pass only gets you into the pool so if you don't plan to use it, spend that money on something else.

Two minutes drive from the ferry across to Gournock
